  I’m giving this place a “last chance” before moving my daughter to a different daycare. We have been here three weeks and has not been a positive experience at all. Before enrolling her, we made the research and had a couple of meetings with the director to expose our concerns and the support that we would need for our kid, and she agreed to everything and made us feel that we were in good and capable hands; now I feel that it was just to make sure we enrolled her, unfortunately we hadn’t notice any accompaniment to her. Incidents are not reported in a timely manner, I know that kids can have accidents, but what worries me is that the teachers didn’t notice/report properly. In my one experience, my little one had an accident (lefting a bruise on her face, which means that was a hard blow) and no one reported anything, I had to ask what happened and they “would follow up with the teacher that was that day” and she didn’t see anything… Most of the teachers that I have observed when I drop off my kid don’t seem to be happy with their jobs, they look exhausted and kind of frustraded, even at 8am! There is no good communication from the staff. I have been asking about planned activities/menus for the week, and haven’t received any. Poor reports (depending on the teacher that is in the classroom). I’m very dissapointed about this place and with the new director it doesn’t seem to be any difference at all.

  Before starting KinderCare in 2025 my baby girl attended an at home daycare (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE). I was determined to get her in a center with open space, cameras and staff that really cared about the children and not just a check. The enrollment process was a breeze. Emon and Natasha stayed in contact with me consistently. My daughter LOVESSSS the entire staff and her friends. I enjoyed the fact that I could call anytime and get a random report/pictures of my baby girl whenever I asked. My daughter would tell me at pick up, “Mommy I had a good day today.” every single day and I absolutely believe her. I love how patient/gentle the staff are with the students as well. 10/10 recommend. KinderCare Middlebelt has taken GREAT care of us!🩷🩷🩷 We appreciate you!! Thanks again for everything. You all rock!

  Wonderful center! The staff at the Middlebelt Road KinderCare are fantastic with our 1.5-year-old son. They are attentive, incredibly caring, and communicate really well with us throughout the week. We've seen so much positive growth in his social skills since he started. Five stars to the whole team!

  So grateful to have an excellent daycare we can trust and know our daughter is being well taken care of and having a great time. Wasn't sure what to expect but the staff here has been outstanding since day one. Always friendly and caring. Love getting food, bathroom and nap updates as well as pictures and videos throughout the day!

  Middlebelt KinderCare ( Farmington Hills/ 10 Mile) My kids have been attending for at least three weeks and I love it! The communication the staff, the activities, the pictures. Just my kids alone during drop off has changed tremendously. I love the work that’s going on here. The Director and Assistant Director are very active and attentive of the kids and the center itself. Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you for bringing my heart comfort. Leaving your kids with others is truly challenging but you all make it much easier everyday! Thank you for everything!
