- FSFor Reviews Only S.Jul 30, 20265.0First, I want to be able to share my experience without having my name front and center for everyone to know I’m in counseling. So, I’m keeping this review anonymous—but I definitely wanted to give credit where credit is due! I’ve been a client here on and off for about 8 or 9 years. Before COVID, when I was coming into the office for appointments, I was always greeted warmly by both of the front office staff. Over time, you naturally get to know each other through the little bits of small talk while waiting for your appointment. And even now, when I call the office, it’s nice to still hear a familiar voice on the other end of the phone. There’s something comforting about that kind of consistency. I’ve also always appreciated the other therapists in the office who would offer a quick hello and a friendly smile when they passed by. Those little gestures really do make a difference. But most importantly, my therapist has been an incredible source of support and has helped me through a lot over the years. I truly wouldn’t change therapists—or offices—if I had to start all over again. After 8 or 9 years, I think it’s safe to say they’re stuck with me :)
