- DMDanielle MalamJan 21, 20261.0I had an awful experience with the lady who answered the phone. I was just asking basic questions about the price ranges, how many people I can bring, etc. She answered my questions in a rude manner. When I ask what's the minimum to max price ranges of your wedding dresses. Before I could finished, she asked with a rude voice "minimum to what???" Then I asked her about how many people I can bring and she said sarcastically "under 100..." it was completely awful experience. At the end I said "I'm sorry that I called. You are very rude..." and she was all saying no I'm fine and started telling me the store hours and I just hung up on her. I work in a retail setting, and all I have to say is this is so unprofessional that if you keep this attitude up, you're going to lose customers.
