  I have a loved one on the independent living side who has been a resident here for quite some time, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, caring, and professional. They genuinely take the time to get to know the residents and make them feel comfortable and valued. It’s reassuring to know my loved one is happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Waltonwood Carriage Park to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive community.

  Ashley and the marketing team were fantastic in engaging and supporting us in making our father’s transition from home to the Waltonwood community. Recognizing that relocation decisions are highly emotional, the team went from a sales pitch approach to becoming trusted guides. Every email was answered promptly. Any requests were handled quickly. We had several tours and visits there and our schedule was always accommodated even at the last minute. Highly recommend.

  We are so lucky to have found Carriage House (Independent living) for my father in law. Firstly, all of the staff is AMAZING! Everything is so clean and decorated beautifully. They have endless activities and special activities for their residents. You can tell they put so much thought and effort into making everyone feel at home. Ashley helped us from the very beginning, and we were so impressed with her dedication, patience, attention to detail, and caring personality. Her communication exceeded expectations, and she helped us navigate the entire process. My FIL has been truly loving his new place, has met lovely people, and says the food is incredible. They are so encouraging in getting him to be social and involved with activities, and my husband and I are so relieved to know he’s in such good care. Thank you to everyone who has helped us!!

  Ashley, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done to help with my parents move into assisted living. From the very beginning, you have been incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. As we know transitions like this can be emotional and stressful for families, but you made it so much easier for all of us. Your communication, attention to detail, and willingness to answer every question I had, truly stood out. It’s clear that you care deeply about the residents and their families, and that means a lot. Waltonwood is very fortunate to have someone like you representing their organization. You’ve made a lasting impression on our family, and we’re grateful for the kindness and support you’ve shown my parents during this important step in their lives.
