The staff at Berkley KinderCare are warm, kind, are genuinely care about the children. Mrs. Krystle and Ms. Lena have worked together to create a welcoming and organized environment where open communication is encouraged. I would recommend Berkley KinderCare to any families who are seeking childcare in the Royal Oak and Berkley areas.

I have had to reach out to the staff MYSELF on several occasions to check where my kids were on said waitlist, only to be given very unclear responses with no estimation in timing. Many of these resolved in the staff telling me "we will give you a call back" which I never received. They took my $150 registration fee and ran with it. Why would I trust these people with my kids if they can be shady and unresponsive for this long.
