  I intentionally waited until our time at KinderCare was over before writing this review. When it comes to somewhere my child is spending her days, I want to be able to speak to the full experience from beginning to end, not just the first few weeks or months. And I can genuinely say the care, communication, effort, and overall experience here were consistent throughout our entire time with them. I truly wish we had found this KinderCare sooner, but I also believe everything happens for a reason. Maybe finding them when we did allowed me to appreciate the experience that much more. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Miss Victoria, Miss Alma, and the entire team, especially my daughter’s teachers, Miss Haylie and Miss Faith. She absolutely loved them and came home talking about them all the time. Even now, when we pass KinderCare, she’ll point it out and say, “Oh, Miss Haylie’s class!” That alone tells me how much of an impression they made on her. You can tell there is genuine thought, effort, and passion behind what they do for the kids. Education and learning are clearly a priority, but they also put so much into making sure the children are having fun, staying engaged, and getting to have special experiences. One of my absolute favorite things is the amount of pictures and videos they send throughout the day. I jokingly called it “spam,” but please, spam me! 😂 I saved them all. I loved being able to see what my daughter was doing throughout the day, and the pictures became such a great visual tool for us at home. We could look through them together and talk about what she learned, what she did, and who she played with. They are also consistently planning activities and events, and nothing ever felt like it was just thrown together. There was always intention behind it. Even during the summer, when there was an additional activity fee, I genuinely felt like we were getting our money’s worth because there was always something happening for the kids. One of my favorite memories was an after-hours glow party they hosted. The best way I can describe it is a mini toddler rave 😂, and it was SO cute. Those are the kinds of thoughtful extras that really stood out to me. Most importantly, I felt good about where my daughter was every day. I knew she was learning, cared for, engaged, and surrounded by people who genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. From the beginning of our experience through our very last day, that never changed. I would recommend this KinderCare to anyone who asked me, without hesitation. We are incredibly grateful we found them.

  Very disappointing and stressful experience!! Before I paid the registration fees, the director told me my child could start the following Monday. After I paid all the fees, she pushed the start date back by another week, which made our schedule extremely difficult and stressful. The director’s attitude was also very unwelcoming toward my child from the beginning. the teachers in preschool class were not patient with my child from the very first day, which made the situation even more stressful and unhappy for us. I was also given misleading information about the summer activity fees. Before enrollment, I was told these fees were optional. After my child was enrolled, however, I was told that I had to pay them. This was another very frustrating experience. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and stressful experience, and I felt the focus was more on fees than on the children. I wish Google had a negative-star option, because I would give this preschool one. I strongly DO NOT recommend this preschool to other parents.

  We are happy we made the decision to enroll our children here. I knew when I met the center director, Ms. Victoria, and assistant director Ms. Alma that they were standing on business. After having a disappointing experience at another childcare center, finding a place where we feel comfortable, heard, and confident in our children’s care has made such a difference, and we can see it in our kids. I really appreciate the work the admin and teachers are doing especially for the summer, there’s something different everyday and it keeps the littles engaged. Our children (toddler & pre-k) have been here for a few months now, and we’ve been so happy with the growth we’ve seen. We appreciate the communication, patience, and genuine care they show each day, and how admin works with families. Quality childcare is hard to find in this area. We’re grateful to have found this center and would definitely recommend it to other families looking. Kindercare staff you all are so appreciated and you’re doing a great job.

  Being at this new Kindercare has been amazing!!! Victoria and Alma are the best! Since Dion has been there he’s grown so much Ms. Jordan and Ms. Makenzie were amazing teachers and I can’t wait to see what his new teachers do.

  So happy they built this facility nearby. We've had a wonderful experience so far. Both the director and assistant director are friendly and knowledgeable about child care. The teachers in my son's class are professional and kind. My son loves going there.
