  The staff at this location is amazing. Let’s start with the office staff. Everyone in this office has been working in childcare for a long time and are the most supportive and caring people I’ve encountered. Next, my baby boy has the best teachers. I absolutely adore Ms. Elsa and Ms. Nariman. We appreciate every single one of you for putting us working parents at ease. My little baby is so lucky.

  My son has been going to this daycare since April and I can say the facility is great. The Head coordinator was reassuring and very informative before enrolling. She provided the app, cirriculum, tour, and answered my many questions all the same day. I am a first time mom so this search was incrediably new to me. Upon enrollment, his teacher a couple spoke to my son in spanish which is his home language (we speak to him in both languages) it comforted him. I see that now couple months later he is excited to go and he is more outgoing. If a incident does occur they are quick to contact you and they give you lots of updates. I am thankful for his teachers who were patient with him and me as I raised a velcro baby which was hard in the start . Now from what I can see he is doing good , a lot of activities, playing outdoors, and I have dropped in at random times to see things out and the staff is just great. I recommend this daycare

  I want to thank Ms Mary and the staff for the exceptional,friendly service and care you give to our kids and us the parents. Am a single mom of two toddlers boys, who has been blessed during this pandemic to continue taking my kids to daycare so I can work. Shady Grove KinderCare opened it's doors to the healthcare workers, so we could continue to work as they took care of our kids. They do follow CDC guidelines to keep our kids safe. The school keeps us updated throughout the day of the different activities our kids are doing. My boys love the school and I have noticed a change. My heart is at ease knowing that my kids are in great hands. Thank you the staff of Shady Grove KinderCare for keeping our kids safe during these times and also making sure that they are learning.

  I have been sending my daughter since she was 13 months .The management there headed by Ms Mary Branch is extremely good .The teachers have been very caring .Now she is going to the county school and is still enrolled in a before and after school program there .What she learnt there in the preschool and pre-k class is much more than what she is even learning in kindergarden at the county school and I feel so proud .I definitely recommend this Rockville Branch .

  We love Shady Grove Kindercare. We moved here about a year and a half ago for a promotion with my job. I needed care for my 5 year old and 6 month old. Kindercare had openings. I remember visiting when we were searching and thought how organized and clean the facility was and it felt like a little school for my oldest. My daughter Samantha enjoyed the teachers, but her all time favorite is Ms Gerlinda. She truly cares for all the kids and loves having fun with them. There were constant battles of who was a better football team(redskins or cowboys) and always laughter. My oldest is now in kindergarten closer to our house in Damascus but she always wants to visit. My youngest I can vouch for most. 6 months old she was with Ms Elsa and Ms Sandy. It didn’t take long for my daughter Layla to jump into their arms as she got older bc they treated her so well and she looked forward to being there. In fact I think there were times my daughter cried when I picked her up. Lol. Then she transitioned to toddlers. Everyone from Ms Tasha, Ms Jenn, Ms Cynthia, and Ms Marsha she loves! Her school friends say hello as she walks in. They really get these kids socializing and active every day. I have to say too that Ms Jessica has become Layla’s favorite. She does her hair and makes sure hugs are given every time we leave. Many times I will hear Layla in bed talking about Jessica. The staff at Shady Grove Kindercare are not just people doing their jobs. They are family and we are beyond grateful for them making this transition from PA to MD the easiest transition we could ever make. Thank you everyone and we love ya.
