Pursue an active and vital lifestyle through the many offerings at Howard County’s 50+ Centers. Our centers offer a wide variety of programs and services including fitness programs, educational opportunities in the arts and humanities; wellness classes and many opportunities for social and recreational activities. The 50+ Fitness Center membership packages are designed to enhance the quality of life, health and well-being for those 50 and over.
We have two buildings - the Main Building is at 9401 Frederick Road
The Ellicott City 50+ Fitness Center is across the parking lot at 9411 Frederick Rd
Hours for the Fitness Center are:
Monday - Thursday 8:30a - 7:30p
Friday 8:30a - 4:00p
Saturday 8:30a - 12:00p
