This is the official business listing for the University of Maryland School of Medicine Department of Emergency Medicine. An education department in the School of Medicine who's core mission is the training of medical students and the following residents: Emergency Medicine, Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine/Pediatric. Our department also conducts EM research. The department is also know for several national courses (e.g. Crashing Patient, Emergency Cardiology Symposium and Critical Procedures) that help train EM physicians.
