  KinderCare Westford has been amazing for our family. From our very first tour, the staff took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, which immediately set them apart from other daycare centers we visited. Our son has learned so much there and often talks about his teachers at home, which speaks volumes about the relationships they've built with him. The communication with parents is excellent, and the entire staff is approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about each child. He stays active, engaged, and has made so many great friends. We also love that meals are provided starting in the toddler classroom (maybe earlier) and are included in the tuition. We couldn't recommend KinderCare Westford more highly and are so grateful to have found them!

  The staff at Kindercare in Westford feel like our family. They made me feel comfortable to be able to go back to work knowing my children were safe and well cared for. My toddler runs into daycare every morning searching for his teachers to give them a big hug!

  My son started at Kindercare of Westford in August and we have had the best experience!.Everyone was so welcoming and helpful as I nervously began a new phase of life - sharing my son with the world! He had been home with me for 15 months, and I was so anxious leaving him with any other caregiver. My nerves completely went away as I met his teachers, Miss Sue and Miss Kenzie. My son is now a month into his time at Kindercare and we are loving it.

  My daughter has only been in the infant room at Kindercare for a month, but we've been blown away by how life-changing the care team has been for us. They use an app to send pictures of our baby all day and update it with her nap times, feeds, and diapers. It's reassuring to see all the notifications come through all hours of the day as my husband and I have busy/stressful jobs, and it's one less thing to stress about knowing she is in great hands. We also appreciate that her teachers update us at pick up when they start seeing particular signs that things might be unusual so that we can keep an eye on things at night or over the weekend. This really helps to maintain open communication among all caregivers. I also appreciate that if my daughter's had a tough day, I know all about it. I sought a childcare center that would give me straightforward updates and the team here does a professional job with all of their teachers. The cherry on top comes with interacting with different staff members while passing through the hallways. Working with little children is no easy feat (I used to be a preschool teacher myself), and everyone on the team always has a smile and says hello. I'm so glad that we chose to enroll here, and even though we have a bit of a commute, it's worth every mile.
