The care at Westford House was very good and they worked closely with hospice so that any problem was addressed and remedied quickly. The staff and nurses were so kind, caring and professional. We were all treated very well during a very difficult time.
- UUUser UnknownFeb 15, 20241.0My family member was on the Edgewood Unit for rehabilitation. The CNA was terrible during the daytime. She loved to argue back with you she assumed she knew it all. I could hear her out in the hallway screaming at another CNA. I had asked a nurse to please have her stay away from my family member. She gave terrible care and had no bedside manner. I wanted her name and was going to administration. Of course the Assistant DON who also had a terrible attitude did nothing and then to find out this was there LEAD CNA. Focus on getting real management and workers who will focus on patient care and not be sleeping in the hallways or on their phones at night. And get rid of that LEAD CNA on Edgewood
