My daughter is 2 years old and currently enrolled in the toddler program here. This is our second daycare as our last one unexpectedly closed. In a time of extreme anxiety of having to find alternative care AND leaving the place my daughter had been growing up, saw the same people and faces everyday since she started at 2 months and 7 days. Adjustment, attachment, and transition were a bit more of a struggle for my daughter. As a single mother just the thought of her having to readjust at almost 2 years old had given me overwhelming anxiety all the way up until our open house. Going to see a new school was something I’d never considered and here we found ourselves at an open house at Westborough Knowledge Beginnings. From the moment we walked in we were met with warm smiles, open arms, and so much LOVE. The center director Bree Jacobs introduced herself and her wonderful staff introduced themselves. Bree and Toddler A teacher Miss Jessie walked with us from room to room, really taking the time to get to know myself and my daughter. Both addressing all of my fears and concerns for my girls BIG upcoming transition. Throughout our tour my daughter came across a picture of an owl in the hallway and IMMEDIATELY became obsessed with it. The most unusual thing happened, she kept wanting to be put down or let go of my hand. By the end I had a lot to think about. Then out of nowhere my daughter turned and said to Miss Bree and Miss Jessie “see you soon”. My girl has NEVER been so comfortable in a new environment enough to let my hand go or even decide we would come back! The decision was made WESTBOROUGH KNOWLEDGE BEGINNINGS was our NEW SCHOOL! We walk into her classroom on our first day and as expected it was a bit rough, Miss Bree (Center Director) and Miss Lexi (Assistant Director) stopped what they were doing just to MOVE the OWL PAINTING in the hallway INTO my daughters classroom AND both of her teachers had shirts with the EXACT SAME OWL on the back…They had PLANNED for this, they THOUGHT of my baby and they executed it BEAUTIFULLY! Ever since that day the owl remains in her room where she says good morning and good night everyday ❤️. My girl comes home asking for Miss Bree, Mr. Marshall, her Miss Jayda and her Miss Jessie everyday, every morning she asks on our way to school for her Jayda and her Jessie, and seeks out Miss Bree every morning! The communication, curriculum and routine Miss Jayda and Miss Jessie have provided for my daughter has helped her THRIVE in ways I hadn’t expected. If this isn’t top quality care I’m not sure what is! I will say I am SO GRATEFUL for the warm, clean, safe and nurturing environment Miss Bree and her amazing staff have to offer ❤️

Top notch daycare - we are completing their infant program now and couldn't be happier. We were of course nervous at first, but the Director Bree and her team are so genuinely caring and process oriented that we quickly felt like family and knew our daughter was safe and well cared for.
We are particularly impressed with the thorough updates we receive about not only how her day went, but the staff's contributions and insights to her development. It feels great knowing she is going to a place every day that she is excited to be dropped off at, learns, socializes, and comes home with a smile.

We currently have two children enrolled at Westborough Knowledge Beginnings, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience.
Both of our children started in Miss Sarah and Miss Missy’s infant classroom, and from day one they made us feel comfortable leaving our babies in their care. Our youngest is always excited to see them each morning, and the updates and photos we receive throughout the day show just how happy and well cared for she is. Leaving an infant is never easy, but they have made that transition so much easier for our family.
We have also had a wonderful experience in the toddler program. Our oldest excitedly shouts “school!” every time we pull into the parking lot—and even gets upset when we drive by without stopping. He has learned so much, and we are incredibly grateful to Miss Lakshmi and the entire toddler team for creating such a wonderful environment.
Lastly, we are especially thankful for Bree. Earlier this year, our family needed to make some unexpected scheduling changes, and Bree went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. She was responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping our family during a stressful time.
As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, happy, and cared for. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found that at Westborough Knowledge Beginnings and are so grateful to the entire team for everything they do for our family.

My 4 month old is in the infant program at knowledge beginnings. The teachers are very attentive and her schedule is followed. She is taken from my arms and is all smiles for Miss Talya. She loves sitting with Miss Ellen while playing with the other babies, and Miss Kathy is the most dedicated infant teacher I have met. She loves cuddles with Miss Melissa and Miss Sarah when with them. I have witnessed toys being sanitized and a never ending cycle of teachers cleaning up toys and babies following pulling them out again, which tells me the room and toys are clean. The updates through out the day on the app gives me peace of mind while I am at work. At pick up time shes all smiles and clean. The director, Miss Bree is the best. She knew I was worried about putting my young infant into daycare so early made me anxious and she promised everything would be fine and it definitely has been. I have peace of mind while I am at work and my baby is being well taken care of when I am not around. Thank you for loving my baby like she's your own❤️
