  One of the worst in the area. They charge exhorbitant fees in the name of fancy facilities but compared to other bright horizons or any other daycares in the area this one is the worst. The teachers are below average, but I always wondered if they work two jobs and are really interested in what they do - this is for the primary teachers. The helper staff is awful most of them are college student in early education that are only on the job to earn money. Child development is not the focus, the school director was extremely disconnected and disinterested and never appeared really invested or passionate about what they do. I will never recommend this school to anyone.

  The whole infant team is absolutely fantastic! The teachers were so caring and kind, and I always felt completely at ease leaving my baby with them each day. We’re really sad he couldn’t stay longer due to our relocation, but I’m so grateful to all the staff for making his time there so happy and meaningful

  I really could not be happier with this childcare program. Both of my girls have been attending since they were infants, and I have been so happy with every teacher that they have had… It is clear that the teachers love children and are committed to creating a learning environment that encourages kindness, creativity and safety. I think that the director of the program, Daniela, is truly remarkable- she is easy to reach if I have any questions, and clearly knows each child well. The center has navigated COVID beautifully.   We have been with BH at the Waltham center since Jan 2017 and we love this place a lot. The teachers, including the admins, have been so loving, caring, nurturing and very knowledgeable in early child development, and I always think of them as our families. When we were first-time parents, we went to the teachers for a lot of advices and they are always very supportive. What I love about this center is their play-based learning environment, they do a lot of science experiments, introduce the writing skill when they are at pre-school age, bring out their creativity (painting, art, craft work), and they also make sure kids have appropriate outside time (they have their own playgrounds for both toddlers and preschoolers). As working parents, we also love the hours they offer (post-COVID - 7:30 - 5:30), and they are one of the few centers that would open for most of the winter break (but it's not holiday at work) which give us flexibility and a relief when it comes to child care. The center also does a very good job post-COVID and have many protocols in place (smaller size of enrollment, temp check, health screenings, frequent classroom/toys cleaning, and teachers wearing masks) and have reinforced the importance of hand washing for the children. Overall, we are very happy with the center and our kids have thrived there. I would definitely recommend this place to all the people who are looking for a quality child care center.
