  We cannot be happier with KinderCare Stoneham! We had toured closed to 10 daycares before deciding on KidnerCare. It was the easiest decision for us. Kindercare had knocked it out of the park. Our requirements were: 1) security/ safety 2) teachers qualifications 3) daily protocols 4) flexibility drop off and pickup time 5) food program 6) cleanliness 7) professionalism 8) transparency 9) payment - when on vacation no need to pay 10) discounts offered We are first time parents and you could imagine how neurotic we were to trust our precious one behind. And thanks to Heather, the center director, and all the teachers the transition was super smooth. Highly recommend to everyone. They are always looking to better the center and looking for feedback and that is very refreshing! We are super grateful! ☺️

  Miss Stephanie and Miss Kiranmai are both WONDERFUL with our 5 month old son. It's never easy to leave your baby at daycare but it feels so good to know he is in capable and loving hands! Thank you infant classroom teachers!

  My son has been attending KinderCare Stoneham for almost 2 years. For privacy purposes on the Internet, I do not wish to mention names, but I can guarantee that all the teachers and administrators at the center are friendly, supportive, and have always been creating a positive atmosphere for all children. Like any other children, my son has a favorite teacher from toddler’s class. Even though my son has already moved to an older age group class, he still goes to say hi/bye after class to see the old teachers. They all simply smile and greet my son, which makes my son and myself say that it was a correct choice to send him to this daycare. Love their friendliness. Definitely a 5-star to the teachers and staff. As a center, I think the improvement can be made especially on the cleanliness of the facility. It is always disappointing when you can smell or see untidy spots in the classroom. I understand it is quite difficult for teachers to maintain cleanliness at all times, especially towards the end of the day, but as a parent, I would want to make sure that he was in a clean environment since the children can pass germs very easily. Besides that, I think the daycare does have a wonderful academic curriculum, a convenient app that allows families to stay connected with the center, the occasional school events that welcomes all families, and most importantly the incredible teachers and staff who are helping the children (including my child) grow socially, emotionally, and academically every day.

  Teachers and admin staff provide warm, supportive and loving environment where our daughter has fun, learns and is very happy to spend her day. We couldn't have asked for more from a school during her first years!

  We have been at Kindercare for a few years now. While the center has had some teacher turnover and staffing issues (just like all other daycare centers and schools), we have been lucky to have consistent care from Ms. Lisa for our now 5 year old. Ms. Lisa follows the curriculum well and we can see the skill development in our daughter. Lisa is kind, patient, and communicates well with both students and parents. She takes lots of photos to share with parents every day and adds thoughtful notes about what the kiddos are up to. Our other daughter is with Ms. Shiana and she has been very helpful in our potty training journey and with getting our daughter to stop sucking her thumb. Shiana takes our feedback and concerns seriously and works with us to implement changes and processes that support our daughter and our communication about her.
