The funeral director Sue was so sensitive to our grief and made the process as easy for us as possible. We had to do very little and she knew exactly what needed to be done to honor our daughter. She sat with us for an extended time and let us tell our story. When we had a miscarriage 6 months after, we knew who to call. We can't speak highly enough of how she treated us through both losses. Her empathy and compassion have been life giving through this most difficult time of our lives. Both times we were astounded with what she did with the cost, showing genuine care for us that reaches into the financial. Clear, quick and compassionate communication was also a highlight for all the staff there. I would highly recommend Byron Keenan Funeral Home to everyone who needs their services.
