I LOVE kindercare! My infant has been going there since August and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
We love the individual care he receives and the teachers always give us updates throughout the day. The photos and app are amazing. My favorite part about picking him up or dropping him off is when the staff say “It’s Lolito!! Our little Logan!” And give us such cute tidbits about his day. They clearly care about the kids and infants they spend time with and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
Honestly, this is a special place. You can just tell that these are people who care about what they do and hold themselves to the highest standards.

I am so happy with the care my babies receive here! The infant-room teachers are exceptional—they care deeply for the babies, and the infants clearly adore them. The daily app updates, including photos, meals, and diaper information, help me feel connected to them throughout the day. There is also a convenient nearby parking lot that makes drop-off and pick-up easy and safe. Highly recommend!
My 8-month-old son has been attending the Davis Square KinderCare for a little over two months now, and the experience has been incredibly positive. The teachers are wonderful, caring, hands-on, and genuinely invested in helping him explore his surroundings as he grows and develops new skills.
One thing we especially appreciate is how consistently they update the app throughout the day. Whether it's the three or four daily photos they post or updates on his mood, naps, and how well(or not well) he's eating, we always feel connected to what's happening and confident that he's being well cared for.
It's clear that they spend a lot of time engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, and it's been fun to see my son already making little friends who help brighten his day. Most importantly, it's obvious that the staff truly care about the children. My son is happy, safe, and thriving in their care.
My wife and I have been extremely happy with our decision to choose Davis Square KinderCare against the other options in the surrounding area, and we would highly recommend it to other families looking for quality childcare.

I would never again send my child to this KinderCare or even my fish. Throughout her time there, I observed a consistent lack of supervision and structure. On multiple occasions, children were left unsupervised, standing on tables and chairs with minimal staff engagement. Furthermore, despite being clearly labeled, my daughter's personal belongings were frequently misplaced or lost.
More critically, there were severe lapses in safety and protocol. I had to complete two incident reports in a single day due to staff negligence. Additionally, dietary guidelines were ignored; for instance, my daughter was served chips for breakfast because staff allowed the children to dictate their meals.
Safety concerns also extended to the immediate environment outside the facility, where individuals were frequently seen using drugs. When I brought this to the director LINDSEY'S attention, she stated she was aware but could do nothing about it, though she noted I was welcome to contact the police myself. I did call the police to clear the area, and the responding officers expressed their gratitude for the report.
When I raised these broader internal and external concerns with LINDSEY, her response was highly unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issues, she retaliated and threatened to terminate our care. Due to this response, and because my daughter expressed discomfort with several teachers, I began picking her up early. On multiple occasions, staff called me while I was on my way to work claiming she was crying inconsolably; however, when family members arrived shortly after, she was calm and actively participating in activities. Additionally, the facility failed to provide regular outdoor time, which appeared to depend entirely on the staff's disposition. The only positive aspect of our experience was the care provided by Ms. Rosa, Ms Elana and Ms. Ruthie, who were the only teachers who made my child feel comfortable.
I am relieved that my daughter no longer attends this facility. I expect this feedback to be reviewed and addressed appropriately by corporate management to ensure the safety and well-being of the children currently in your care.
Sincerely,

My experience with KinderCare in Davis Square has been extremely challenging and concerning, particularly regarding the treatment and support of children with special needs.
These concerns are not based on one isolated situation. I have experienced more than three separate incidents that have caused me to question how the center handles children who require additional behavioral, developmental, or emotional support.
On multiple occasions, I have had concerns about a child being sent home without what I considered proper notification, professional incident documentation, or a clearly communicated and consistently applied process. After experiencing this more than three times, I became increasingly concerned about whether policies and procedures were being applied equally to all children.
Families deserve consistency, transparency, appropriate documentation, and timely communication. Children with additional needs should also be treated with dignity and provided appropriate support rather than families repeatedly facing removal from care without a clear process.
Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly encourage families especially families of children with special needs to ask detailed questions about KinderCare Davis Square’s inclusion practices, accommodations, behavior policies, incident documentation, and procedures for sending children home before enrolling.
