It’s been about 15 months since my child joined Shrewsbury KinderCare, and overall, we’ve had a good experience. My child is doing well, and we really appreciate the care and kindness from the teachers, especially Ms. Jen and Ms. Talita, who have been my child's class teachers for the past year (and all the other teachers as well). They’ve been caring and attentive to our child, and we’re thankful for everything they do. Director Sara has also been good with communication and is responsive when we have questions or concerns. We’ve also noticed several improvements at the center since our child joined, which has been nice to see. Overall, we’re happy with our experience so far and appreciate the teachers and staff who take care of our child every day.

Finding the right care for our grandson was scary, but the team at this KinderCare has been incredible. They are so welcoming, kind, and have made us feel incredibly comfortable leaving our baby in their care. Ms.Lily and Ma.Fendi are so loving and our grandson looks forward to seeing them everyday! . His transition to toddlers was easy and he’s already loving his new teachers Ms.Jen and Ms. Talita! They provide consistent daily reports, updating us on food, sleep, and play, which gives me peace of mind. The staff goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to any family looking for a safe, nurturing environment.

Ms. Suha and Ms. Sofia are excellent teachers and we are so lucky they are taking care of our 8-month old daughter! Before we started at Kindercare, I was nervous about dropping my infant daughter off. But after she got to know Ms Suha and Ms Sofia, drop offs haven’t been a problem because she’s so happy to see them. For picture day, Ms Sofia was doing everything she could behind the photographer to make my daughter laugh - it was so nice to see! They also regularly set up activities for infants, which I really appreciate. She’s learning and exploring at KinderCare (in addition to eating and sleeping)! I also want to shoutout Ms Barbara, who is in the classroom many times and also takes great care of my daughter on a regular basis. Thank you! We so appreciate your hard work!

Friendly staff. My son has been with them for the past 2 years. They have been wonderful from helping with potty training to the curriculum they have set up. They are wonderful at keeping a schedule and has helped my son with consistency. Ms. Jaya and Ms. Olga are friendly, nice, and helpful especially at drop off when it is hard to get my son to stay in the classroom. Also other teachers who have helped with that as well have been phenomenal. It has been a great experience with Kindercare.

i have never seen more inconsiderate and inhuman teachers. Left my infant in his vomit ( which he got because they refused to rock him to sleep) and while he cried for attention, ignored him completely. i saw all this from glassdoor. went to pick him up and she lied to me. talked to two different teachers in same oom and got opposite explanations from both. Please stop sending your kids there. Director and assistant are very nice but people actually taking care of the kids torture them. They are most expensive and are just looting people of money. teachers are rude and have no emotions for kids.
