  We have been part of the KinderCare Plainville family for over 11 years! Our three children all attended Kindercare in Plainville from infancy to Pre-K before going on to Kindergarten. It’s nerve wracking dropping off your infant in the arms of strangers. But the staff didn’t stay strangers for long, and my children looked forward to going each day which made dropoffs easier! My kids each made their transitions to new classrooms with new teachers and peers with overall ease due to the open communication and preparedness of all the staff. Communication was clear and frequent, and I felt very comfortable reaching out for any feedback given everyone’s openness and approachability. My children all have made such wonderful memories participating in crafts, music, and outdoor play; building friendships; and completing learning activities- both formal and informal. They were all ready to go to kindergarten given all of their academic and social growth while at KinderCare Plainville!

  Choosing a daycare for your child is a big decision, and as first-time parents, we naturally had our share of nerves. From the moment we toured the facility and experienced our son's first day, we knew we had made the right choice. Our son has been attending since July and it has been amazing to see how much he has grown and developed while in their care. The staff does an excellent job keeping him engaged with age-appropriate activities that support his growth and development, and he continues to reach exciting milestones. We truly feel that the nurturing environment and thoughtful lessons contribute to his progress. One of our favorite things is receiving updates through the app, especially the photos. As working parents, it brings us so much joy and peace of mind to see how happy, engaged, and well cared for he is throughout the day. Seeing him interact, learn, and have fun makes being apart from him a little easier. For any parent, especially first-time parents, looking for a daycare where their child will be safe, loved, engaged, and supported in their development, we highly recommend this team.

  We’ve had an amazing experience at KinderCare Plainville! My son is 23 months and has been there since he was 6 months. In both the infant and toddler room, he’s had amazing care. The teachers there are so pleasant, caring, and patient with the kids. They truly care about their wellbeing, and go above and beyond to provide them with enriching activities everyday. The staff and director are incredibly communicative and responsive. The facility is super clean, and also has a great outdoor space that they utilize all year round. My son is flourishing at KinderCare and it’s so fun to see. I know that he is safe and well taken care of when I drop him off everyday. Highly recommend!

  We have been using KinderCare since March 2024, and while it’s never easy leaving your children in someone else’s care, everyone at KinderCare made that transition so much easier for us. From the moment you walk through the hallway, you feel how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is. Everyone says hello and knows our names, even teachers from other classrooms. Their days are filled with many activities and I truly feel they have learned so much. Ms. Stephanie has been great listening and addressing any questions or concerns we have. It feels like everyone on the KinderCare team is part of our village!

  We chose kindercare plainville for our preschooler at age 3 (1st grader now) and for our 12 week old infant (18 months now) and we could not be more confident and happy with the care this center provides. The communication between staff and families is above and beyond, this has made each transition from room to room so smooth and comfortable. Our daughter graduated preschool at 5 and scored an above average score at her kindergarten academic screening. The preschool program set her up for success as she transitioned to kindergarten as the curriculum and activities helped her thrive in all areas (speech, social skills, fine motor skills, letters, numbers and more). Putting our 12 week old in infant care was also smooth transition and we were beyond thrilled with the care he received. From communicating feedings, diapers, sleep and sending photos, we were so grateful for all the support and compassion from the infant teachers. We adore the toddler program and all the toddler teachers. Our 18 month old loves going to school each day and all the activities he does and all the love and care he receives!
