  Daughter has been going to daycare for 1 year. Teachers have been awesome and you can tell they really care about the children. Bright Horizons App is fantastic for ongoing updates throughout the day and pictures.

  We’ve had an excellent experience with Bright Horizons from day one. The intake process was smooth, the initial tour was welcoming, and our child transitioned easily into the program. The app updates gave us real peace of mind and helped us feel connected throughout the day. The teachers have been truly outstanding—patient, caring, and intentional in how they support each child. We’ve seen incredible growth in language, confidence, and social skills since moving into the toddler room. It’s clear how much thought and care goes into the classroom, and we love that ongoing relationships with previous teachers continue to be encouraged. The admin team is communicative, proactive, and transparent, and the center feels positive and well-supported. Most importantly, our child is genuinely excited to go to school which says everything. We have a great deal of trust in Bright Horizons and highly recommend it.

  Our daughter has been a student at Bright Horizons at Pembroke since the day after her first birthday! We feel so confident dropping her off that she’ll be safe, cared for, learn something new, enjoy time outside, and have fun! And we’ll be kept informed throughout the day with updates and pictures! I always say it feels like the center, teachers and administrators are an extension of our home and family - our daughter is there for the majority of her weekdays - and she loves it! We recommend Bright Horizons at Pembroke with all the ⭐️!!

  Both our son and daughter began in the preschool classroom from when they each turned 3 and they loved/love it! The teachers and administrators are enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around. They’re inventive with their curriculum and the school is clean and cheery. We love that they make a point to go outside at least once each day weather permitting and that they involve parents using the My Bright Day app and various events at the school. We’d recommend them to anyone asking about preschool care in the area and will be sad to transition out later on this year when our daughter begins kindergarten.

  We love the team at BH Pembroke. Their dedication to the children enrolled and parents is what distinguishes this center from other child care providers. With recent events putting a strain on parents in many ways, the BH Pembroke team went above and beyond to minimize impact while operating consistently and safely for all and ensuring a quality experience for our children.
