  We have an amazing experience at this center. The teachers make the center feel like a family. Our girls love it there!

  My three children have been attending the Norwell location for almost a year and I am so happy we found Kindercare. The staff truly work tirelessly day in and day out making sure these kids have the best experience possible. Within the past few months upper management has shifted hands and the changes and upgrades have been so welcoming. Maggie and Kristin pour their hearts into the center and it does not go unnoticed! Updates and information are shared daily through the centers app, a welcome bulletin board , facebook group and emails so we are always in the loop on upcoming events, themed days and important notices. Our oldest is blessed to have Ms. Karen and Ms. Donna in the Pre-K room. I am so happy to have such loving and approachable teachers looking after my girl. I am confident they are providing an excellent foundation for her in prepartion for Kindergarten (she tells us all about what she is learning everyday at dinner, and we can see her progress in her work). Not only do they keep the kiddos engaged with fun activities daily, but they also provide a supportive environment where the children are comfortable approaching them if they need help with something specific and these two lovely ladies are always willing to provide one on one support when needed. Our second oldest could not be happier with Ms. Emily in one of the multi-age classrooms. She frequently tells us she is her "best friend" and lights up when talking about her. Emily is constantly building up her students' self-esteem and helping them grow into confident and curious little people who are excited to learn. We are so grateful to have someone as kind as Ms. Emily taking care of our daughter each day and ensuring she is progressing throughout the year. If we are having a tough drop off day, Ms. Emily is always quick to scoop her up and distract her with a quick story or by talking about the fun activities planned for the day and the tears always fade away quickly and turn to smiles. Lastly is our son who is in one of the toddler classrooms with Ms. Lu and Ms. Anju. Toddlers are TOUGH and these ladies make it look easy! Even though this age group is still working on developing their coordination and other skills, they are always engaging them in art projects, songs and gross motor play. I feel confident leaving him and knowing he will be well taken care of and happy while he is with his teachers. Ms. Lu and Ms. Anju are always sure to communicate how his day was and fill us in on anything important that we may need to know. Highly recommend this center!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. I enrolled my children with high hopes, but unfortunately, the level of care was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked proper communication. There were multiple instances where I was not informed about important updates or changes to my child's schedule. On top of that, the facility was often not clean, and I noticed that some toys and play areas were in poor condition. My child seemed unhappy during drop-offs, and after a few weeks, I noticed they were becoming more anxious, which made me even more concerned about the environment. When I tried to address these issues with the management, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. It felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. I ultimately decided to find a better daycare for my child, where I feel confident they will receive the care and attention they deserve. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to other African American parents. It’s just not worth the stress and uncertainty. I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this daycare. I trusted them to care for my children, but what I didn’t expect was for my personal information to be shared without my written or verbal consent. This breach of privacy is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I have always been clear about my expectations for confidentiality, and I never gave permission for any of my family’s sensitive details to be shared with others. Finding out that this occurred without my approval has completely shaken my trust in the daycare’s practices and their ability to respect privacy.

  Our son has been going to this faculty for a little under a year and we love it. He loves being dropped off and is happy at pick up. I love that they have a a diverse menu. I feel like because of this my son loves to try new foods. Staff is amazing!! Always coming up with fun things for the kids. No complaints here!! Highly recommend 🫶🏽

  My kids started at this center when they were babies, we moved away for a while and nothing else compared to KinderCare Norwell. Well we moved back and my youngest two children are still there! The teachers are amazing and they truly care for each and every child in that center! The building is clean and Ms. Patty is alway making the kids the best food! Ms. Dale the director and Ms. Susan the assistant Director are so kind! They have great communication and have been running the center very smoothly.
