  My son started at bright horizons when he was just 4 months old and now he is 2 years old and is thriving in all areas of learning. Bright horizons provides the utmost care! The staff and directors go above and beyond everyday ensuring my son’s first years are memorable ones. I couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of the bright horizons family and the smile on my son’s face every morning says the same!

  I struggle with words to show how much Bright Horizons Norwell means to my family. My daughter has been at BH Norwell for almost a year. In the first 8 weeks of daycare, she cried everyday. The transition was so hard for me and my young daughter. There were days that I cried and questioned whether I made the right decision. But BH Norwell stepped up and helped us so much. They assured me that they were committed to helping her and me through this time and that to rest assure, one day she will not want to leave school. Every single person at this school helped made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. The first day when she didn't cry, EVERYONE came to me and said to me "She had a great day! We made it!" I was also concerned about her having a speech delay. BH Norwell has a speech therapy program and consistently checks in on her progress. Nowadays, she won't stop talking! Her vocabulary is amazing. I cannot believe the progress she has made. My family is so eternally grateful and I am already dreading the day when she will graduate and leave. If you are a parent in the South Shore, please consider BH Norwell. You will absolutely not be disappointed and your child will be in the best hands. Every single staff member at this school has an immense amount of empathy and patience. It is amazing to me that all the teachers and staff take the time to know the children and their families so well. Thank you BH Norwell for everything that you have done for me, and continue to do for my little family. We love you guys!

  My son has been at Bright Horizons at Norwell since he was 6 months old and will graduate from K Prep soon to start Kindergarten in the Fall. The staff are wonderful and have supported our son and us as parents throughout the years. We will miss our Bright Horizons family and strongly recommend!

  I recently switched my 4yo son from another center to Bright Horizons in Norwell. I could immediately tell the world of difference it has made for him and us. 1. Staff and teachers are all long tenured, so no concerns about turnover or inconsistencies of care. 2. The center directors (Andrea and Michelle) are amazing, highly responsive/attentive, and prioritizes the children's health and safety, especially during COVID. 3. Ms. Sam, who teaches my son, is a crazy toddler whisperer - my son is now more centered, listens, plays and sleeps more calmly and dare I say the meltdowns have also decreased? 4. Ms. Sam takes great pictures and writes informative daily updates on what the kiddos are doing. Makes me wish I was taking her class! She makes learning fun and engaging. 5. They feed the kids "fancy" snacks (like organic milk and health snacks) 6. The playground is nice and big, AND has turf grass so my son no longer comes home looking like Pig-Pen from Charlie Brown. Yes, BH is one of the more expensive options for childcare but I can testify that its made a world of a difference in my son's development and I am so glad we switched.

  Our son absolutely loves his time at Bright Horizons--he is so happy there. The phone app makes me feel more confident about sending him to daycare (I cried the first time I dropped him off when he was only 8 weeks old and I had to go back to work, but his teacher took the time to write me a sweet card from our son and encouraged me to call when I wanted to and sent me pictures of him all day). This has been a great experience for our family.
