- MMMaria M1 day ago1.0My caseworker is late. Again. No update or communication office closed. Last year I requested assistance for stressful situation. Caseworker arrived, spent an hour on intake, assuring me assistance in a timely manner. Then she went on vacation and no one seemed to know about my issue. When she returned I was told "that's not what we do..." along with a sparky and unprofessional email. Don't use this service they are useless.
- GSGlenn StanisewskiApr 27, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience. I have been trying to get a home health aide for my mother since she was discharged from Hospice in late January. Highland Valley did an in-home nursing assessment in February. They sent out the referral for prospective providers. Highland Valley claims they cannot find anybody. I found a provider on my own time and effort. I have requested Highland Valley to send the authorization to the provider (Excel Nursing Services) so that care can begin. Multiple calls to multiple staff members have not been returned. No one ever picks up the phone directly. I am contemplating a Medicare Fraud complaint with MA Attorney General's office
