  We are very happy with KinderCare! I especially love the detailed updates we get throughout the day, it always looks like the kids are having a great time I also really appreciate how they build the daily curriculum around a monthly theme, and how the teachers treat the babies like a little community of their own Everyone we've worked with here has been great

  Leaving my baby at daycare for the first time was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but Jenna the director and his teachers Ms.Linda & Ms.Joyce made the transition so much easier . They were so supportive and understanding, and let me take my time dropping him off. I look forward to the constant updates and pictures throughout the day. Ms.Linda puts so much effort into coming up with a new art project for them to do. I can always tell he’s having so much fun! I’m so grateful that he has such wonderful and caring people taking care of him.

  My experience with KinderCare Center has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns with other parents considering this facility. My daughter started attending this center in early October 2024 after being in a home daycare for 4 years. I was initially hopeful about the transition, as they assured me they could help my child adjust. However, the past three months have been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, there were constant incident reports accusing my child of bullying and antagonizing others, despite her being the victim of multiple physical altercations, including being hit in the face by another child. The director was unable to assess these situations appropriately, and instead of working with us, my child was removed from the classroom and sent home due to "behavior issues." One incident was a misunderstanding where my daughter simply asked another child about their skin tone, even though both children are the same skin tone. With normal child behavior, things have escalated to the point where she was placed on a behavioral plan, despite no medical or psychological evaluation supporting any behavioral concerns. The lack of adequate staff and supervision has also been a major issue. My daughter was left unattended in a bathroom with another child, and this resulted in her being exposed to something deeply upsetting for a 5-year-old. When I brought this up to the director, there was no adequate response or follow-up, and instead, my child was moved between classrooms repeatedly due to staffing shortages. The director’s response was always to blame understaffing rather than address the core issues. It has become clear that the director seems incompetent to handle her role effectively. Additionally, when I requested to observe my child’s class, I witnessed a fight break out within the first five minutes, yet no action was taken. The teachers are the only positive aspect of this center; they are caring and try their best, but the lack of support from the director makes the experience extremely difficult. I’ve also been frustrated by the center’s practice of favoring long-term families and handling incidents without proper transparency or communication. Despite offering to be more involved and request feedback, the director has not made any effort to work with me as a parent, nor does she provide clear observations when requested. I truly regret choosing KinderCare for my child’s care and education. The ongoing issues with mismanagement, poor communication, and lack of attention to the needs of my child and others have left me with no choice but to withdraw my child. I would not recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their child.

  Sending our son to daycare was a scary concept. For the first 2 years of his life he was only with family. Leaving him with strangers was scary. While researching the best one to send him to, I came across KinderCare. It was the best decision my husband and I have made. Our son is almost 3 and he absolutely loves KinderCare! When asked who his best friend at school is, he always says Miss Shaniqua (his teacher). His vocabulary has expanded immensely and he plays pretend constantly, something he’s never done before. I cannot express how much KinderCare and the teachers mean to us. I highly recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for a quality education and a loving and kind environment.

  My son jj has been attending KinderCare for a little over a year now & I can’t rant enough about how AMAZING this facility & the staff are.. all the teachers are pleasant and sweet, very caring & so thorough with the children. I love how breakfast and lunch are freshly prepared everyday. I’ve had a great experience since the day I toured the school!!!! my son comes home every day happy to tell us about how great his day was. The center directors Ms. Amy & Ms. Linda are more than great very Hands on with all the children communication is clear and to the point . Thank you all for being so caring and providing great education to jj. All of your hard work and dedication to these children does not go unnoticed... We wouldn’t want to be any other place .. Thank you to every last one of you!!!! 💙
