  We've loved our experience here so far. Starting daycare for our first child was a bit daunting but the teachers and staff have been so helpful and welcoming and we know our daughter is in great hands

  Our daughter started at Bright Horizons in the fall of 2024 after being at another center for 3 years. All teachers and staff were so supportive since Day 1 and made the transition so easy for her. We have been so impressed by the quality of care and kindness and professionalism of all staff members. We take comfort knowing she is in a place where she is safe, active, and learning something new every day! She has thrived in this environment and grown so much over the past year. We would recommend Bright Horizons to anyone who is looking for a center in the area!

  I used to go here. Was bullied and the staff would do nothing about it. The only good thing about bright horizons was it taught me how to not get bullied!!

  My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons at Newburyport since she was just 3 months old. As a first-time mother I was terrified to leave her with people I did not know, but from the moment we walked in the door on the first day, it was like seeing an old friend. The entire staff is wonderful. My daughter is not just a number or kid in the class, she is known as an individual and by her name! In the four short months she has been attending, she has learned and grown so much. Everyday she is up to something new and exciting. I love receiving photos and updates about her day and seeing all that she does. An explanation is provided regarding how each activity helps her develop. It is amazing to see the time and thought that is put into a curriculum for even babies. Everyone there really cares for her not just because it’s their job, because they love what they do. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons at Newburyport to anyone looking for childcare.

  We are proud to call both our kids ‘Bright Horizons kids.’ The programming and facilities are impeccable. Best part of our day is when we get an alert on the ‘My Bright Day’ app with a picture of our kids. That’s the afternoon pick-me-up you need! But what makes Newburyport Bright Horizons special are the people. The teachers are committed to making sure your child has the best day every day. They care so much about the kids. They know when your child is having an ‘off day’ and make sure he/she is comfortable. Often times, our kids don’t want to leave! Not only are the teachers great, but the parents are great as well. Many are dual-working families that have the same trials and tribulations that we have. It has a real ‘we’re in it together’ type vibe. We met most of our life-long friends through Bright Horizons. Highly recommend NBPT Bright Horizons, the teachers and the program!
