Our son has had such a positive experience at Bright Horizons! He has absolutely loved all of his teachers over the past 2 years, and I’m always so impressed by how warm and helpful the front office staff is as well. My son gets so excited to go to school, and we love it so much that we’ll be sending our infant daughter there soon too. My son still stops by his infant classroom to say hi and give his former teacher hugs. He also has an allergy we’ve been nervous about, but they’ve made sure that he has always been safe at school. It’s also notable how secure and clean the facility is, and how they keep the rooms, playgrounds, etc up to date.

We've loved our experience here so far. Starting daycare for our first child was a bit daunting but the teachers and staff have been so helpful and welcoming and we know our daughter is in great hands

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons in the fall of 2024 after being at another center for 3 years. All teachers and staff were so supportive since Day 1 and made the transition so easy for her. We have been so impressed by the quality of care and kindness and professionalism of all staff members. We take comfort knowing she is in a place where she is safe, active, and learning something new every day! She has thrived in this environment and grown so much over the past year. We would recommend Bright Horizons to anyone who is looking for a center in the area!

I used to go here. Was bullied and the staff would do nothing about it. The only good thing about bright horizons was it taught me how to not get bullied!!

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons at Newburyport since she was just 3 months old. As a first-time mother I was terrified to leave her with people I did not know, but from the moment we walked in the door on the first day, it was like seeing an old friend. The entire staff is wonderful. My daughter is not just a number or kid in the class, she is known as an individual and by her name! In the four short months she has been attending, she has learned and grown so much. Everyday she is up to something new and exciting. I love receiving photos and updates about her day and seeing all that she does. An explanation is provided regarding how each activity helps her develop. It is amazing to see the time and thought that is put into a curriculum for even babies. Everyone there really cares for her not just because it’s their job, because they love what they do. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons at Newburyport to anyone looking for childcare.
