PACE COMMUNITY FOOD CENTER'S MISSION AND HISTORY
PACE Food Bank originally started as an extension of the Federal Surplus Food Program (also known as the “Cheese and Butter program”) in the early 1980s and developed into a Food Bank shortly after, when the agency began to receive and distribute food donations to the community.
Today, the PACE Community Food Center partners with over 20 other agencies in the fight to end food insecurity.
