- AAAnonymousMar 2, 20261.0Do you like being completely ignored when you walk into a building from both Sarah and the rest of the admin and teachers? Then welcome to Bright Horizons at Natick. The place is new but the staff and environment is old. They are completely rude! It’s like walking inside high school again. Teachers yelling at kids, teachers standing at the fences talking and saying swears out in the open. Phones out as clear as day. If you love this treatment then come here!

The entire staff and administrative team and especially my daughter’s phenomenal Kindergarten Prep educators made a tremendous impact not only on her education, but on the entire classroom community. The warm, welcoming environment, the smiling faces each morning, and the well-thought-out curriculum created a place where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. What stood out most was the dedication and thoughtful, individualized support given to every child. The time, care, and encouragement they poured into my daughter’s growth will stay with me forever. She entered kindergarten confident, prepared, and ready for her next journey—and for that, I will always be grateful. Thank you, Bright Horizons Natick, for giving her such a strong and wonderful start.
