- AAAnonymousMar 2, 20261.0Do you like being completely ignored when you walk into a building from both Sarah and the rest of the admin and teachers? Then welcome to Bright Horizons at Natick. The place is new but the staff and environment is old. They are completely rude! It’s like walking inside high school again. Teachers yelling at kids, teachers standing at the fences talking and saying swears out in the open. Phones out as clear as day. If you love this treatment then come here!

The teachers and staff genuinely care about our child’s well-being and development and are very responsive anytime we reach out to them.
