  My daughter has attended KinderCare for five years. During that time, Kayla and her staff have created a safe, welcoming environment for her. Her teachers are wonderful, caring individuals who have become like a second family to her. In fact, there are days when she doesn’t want to leave and asks me to come back later. They have helped her build strong foundational skills and have supported her every step of the way. I know she will miss her teachers and KinderCare dearly, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done.

  I was quite disappointed by my recent interaction with Kayla from Kindercare Congress street. I first inquired about availability for the upcoming school year and while I received an initial automatic email response, I didn’t get a response to my questions about openings. I then called the school several days later and spoke to Kayla who said she would email back about the availability. A few days later I still did not received a response so I emailed Kayla again and her response was short, offering no other information - apparently there were no full time preschool openings in September. I responded with follow up questions like, Are there three or four day options? Is there a waitlist? And still no response!

  We’re coming up on one year at Congress Street KinderCare and we couldn’t be happier! The director Kayla is always available for questions or concerns, and is a friendly face that all the kids at the center know and love. My 2 year old is in Kathy and Marjorie’s class; Not only have they helped my daughter become advanced developmentally, but they also always greet her with a warm smile and a hug. Marissa and Naida are my 3.5 year old’s teachers, and they’re equally as amazing. We have seen significant improvement in my son’s language and peer socialization since he joined their class. 5/5 stars would recommend!

  We started our two sons at Congress Street KinderCare after the Ashland Center abruptly shut down. Although this center was out of the way from our home to our work, we stayed there because we had a great experience. Kayla, the director, has been very flexible with our ever changing needs and has been so easy to communicate with, always sending prompt responses. The acting assistant director, Desiree, always greets our boys (and us) every morning at drop off and was very helpful while Kayla was away. The preschool teachers, Ms. Marissa, Mr. Matt, Ms. Carrie, and Ms. Naomi have been great with our kids, understanding they are both very different and have different needs. Although short, we had a great experience here after a less than satisfactory experience at our previous center. Thanks to the staff for all they do!

  Our son has attended Congress Street KinderCare since he was 5 months old and it's been a wonderful experience. The teachers are so kind to him, especially Miss Caleigh and Miss Evelyn. They do a great job keeping him busy and helping him learn. I love the photos and notes throughout the day. This daycare is also really clean and organized, which is kind of a miracle considering all the kids. :) We couldn't be happier with Congress Street KinderCare!
