Ms. Nicky and Ms. Stephanie do a wonderful job running the center, and the teachers bring so much enthusiasm, warmth, and cheerfulness to each day. Our first child attended for three years, our second has been there for almost a year, and we plan to send our next child as well. That’s probably the strongest recommendation we can give! Knowing our children are with people we trust makes all the difference. We’re grateful to the entire team for making KinderCare such a welcoming place for our family.

For 2 years my daughter had a fantastic experience here and did an exceptional job of getting her prepared for her new school! Nicole and all the teachers were so kind and warming everytime I had to drop off or pick up. My daughters often asks when she can see her friends again and her favorite teacher, Miss Aida!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience so far at KinderCare Melrose. After having a difficult experience at our previous daycare, Nicole went above and beyond to help find a spot for my son after hearing about our situation, and I will always be grateful for how much she cared from the very beginning. Nicole and her staff are incredibly warm, loving, and welcoming. You quickly see that the teachers truly know the children, care about them, and make an effort to make both the kids and their families feel comfortable. Our interactions with Paula have also been nothing short of warm, kind, and reassuring. After what our family experienced previously, finding a place where we genuinely feel comfortable leaving our son, has truly been a saving grace for our family. We are so thankful to have found KinderCare Melrose and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

We have had a great experience here! Our daughter loves the infant room and all her teachers. She’s genuinely excited to go every day. The app is super helpful to know how her day is going and we love seeing the pictures. Many teachers have been there a long time which speaks volumes. Like any daycare there is still some turnover and staffing challenges but everyone we entrust with our daughter’s care seems to genuinely care about her and the other kids.

We have been SO happy with our experience at Melrose KinderCare. We moved here after a difficult experience at a prior daycare center and the difference was night and day. Since day one, our little one was cared for thoughtfully, lovingly, and carefully. The infant team is amazing, and we have been equally happy with each teacher our child has had each time he has moved up a classroom. The center is small and Nikki (along with Stephanie and Paula) truly runs it like a family. Even before moving up into new rooms, our toddler has known every staff member at the center, and they all know him - the community is strong and each member of the staff takes a personal interest in each child. The fact that dedicated staff members like Sally, Crystal, and Gail have chosen to remain at the center for so long is such a testament to what a wonderful community it is (and they have all helped build that as well). The staff goes above and beyond to make each family's experience there special, with festive seasonal photoshoots (free of charge!) and special activities. We feel so fortunate to have found KinderCare Melrose and are so thankful for the amazing team there!
