  The biggest endorsement I can give KinderCare Mansfield is the huge smile on my daughter’s face when we walk into her classroom in the morning and she sees her teachers. There really isn’t a better feeling as a parent than knowing your baby is genuinely excited to be with the people you’re leaving her with for the day. The infant teachers have built such a sweet relationship with her, and it’s obvious that they really know her personality and care about her. Julia, Lexi, Skye, Karen, and the rest of the infant team celebrate her little milestones right along with us, and I love hearing the stories they have to tell me at the end of the day. I never feel like she’s just another baby in the room. I’ve also been really impressed by how intentional the days are, even for the littlest kids. They’re constantly doing different activities, working on new skills, and finding fun ways for the babies to explore and learn. It’s been so cool to watch some of that learning carry over at home too. The whole center has a really happy, welcoming energy. Charlotte and Marissa are always accessible and communicative, and I appreciate how involved they are with the families and kids throughout the center. Choosing who will care for your baby while you’re at work is a huge decision, and seeing how happy our daughter is there has been all the reassurance I need that we made the right one. We absolutely love our KinderCare Mansfield family!

  We have had such a wonderful experience with KinderCare Mansfield and feel so comfortable leaving our daughter there each day. We know she is being cared for by people who genuinely love and care about her as if she were their own. Julia, Lexi, Skye, Karen, and all of the infant teachers are amazing. They do such a great job keeping the app updated throughout the day with bottles, diaper changes, naps, and activities. At pickup, they always take the time to tell us about her day, what she’s been working on, and new things she’s learning. It’s clear that they aren’t just caring for her needs, but are genuinely invested in her development and growth. The entire center has such a fun, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere, and we love seeing all of the activities and learning happening in the different classrooms. Charlotte and Marissa are also incredibly communicative and responsive. Whether it’s an update about the center or a question about our daughter, we always feel informed and know that if we send a message, someone will get back to us quickly. We also have to thank Casey, who gave us our initial tour and made sure we had all the information we needed to feel confident in our decision. The cost is very comparable to other local childcare options, but the level of care and value we’ve received has been incredible. We are so grateful for everyone at KinderCare Mansfield and feel very lucky to have found a place we trust so much!

  I ultimately had to pull my child out of this daycare after he came home with a raised, two-inch bruise under his chin and no one at the facility could explain how it happened. That was the last straw for me. At the time, I had just become a single mother. I had recently moved to a new city with no nearby friends or family for support and was working full-time while trying to rebuild my life. I was receiving a government childcare voucher to help cover daycare costs, and this center was one of the few that accepted it. Unfortunately, I also experienced an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction with staff. While standing right in front of me, one staff member said to another, “I wish someone would pay for my childcare—must be nice.” The other replied, “Yeah, I wish I could just drop my kid off at daycare, not work, and collect a check from the government.” It was clearly directed at me and the fact that I was using a childcare voucher. The lack of accountability regarding my child’s injury, combined with the judgmental and unprofessional comments from staff, made it clear that this was not the right environment for my family. I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed, and I even cried after leaving. No parent should feel that way when seeking care for their child.

  I love KinderCare in Mansfield! The staff is great - friendly, informative, and understanding when life gets messy! I am thankful to have my son in this daycare!
