  Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my grandmother received during her time here. She lived here for over a year before passing away in April 2026. There were so many staff members who were kind and attentive, took the time to get to know her, and cared about her well-being. We were also impressed with the activities and programming available to residents. There was always an effort to keep everyone engaged and involved, and that was something we truly appreciated. It was always so nice to visit and see her eating with other people, playing games, or watching movies. The one area where our experience was more challenging was communication with the financial/business office, as getting calls returned or receiving timely answers could be difficult. Overall, what mattered most to us was knowing that my grandmother was surrounded by people who knew her, cared about her, and treated her with dignity, and we absolutely found that at Oriol. We are incredibly thankful to the staff who cared for her and for the kindness they showed both her and our family.
