- ABAnthony BissantiJun 14, 20265.0Bright Horizons at the Hingham Shipyard has been part of our family for a full decade, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our son started here at 6 months old, and our daughter just graduated — it’s hard to believe we’re closing this chapter. Both of our kids have thrived. Our son is now a confident 10‑year‑old heading into 5th grade, and our daughter is more than ready for kindergarten thanks to the foundation she built here. The teachers have meant the world to us — especially Bri, Becca, and Carol, who guided and cared for both of our children from the very beginning. And Alyssa, the Director, has been wonderful: supportive, communicative, and truly invested in the families she serves. We are so grateful for everything Bright Horizons has done for our kids. This center will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The curriculum across ages is thoughtfully designed, and the team is extremely communicative about daily activities and progress. The staff is warm and attentive - responsive and easily reachable. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend.

There were two or three days when we were completely unable to contact our child’s teacher or the center at all. The app was unreliable. The infant room was loud and over stimulating for the little ones. And in general we did not feel as though they cared about our kid at all. We stopped sending our child after only three weeks. I do not recommend you send your child here.

Bright Horizons has an incredible staff that not only made the transition smooth, but supported us in every step of our new routine. The teachers are so caring and thoughtful. My daughter cannot wait to see them every day and hugs them upon arrival. The administration is communicative, supportive, and transparent. I cannot recommend this childcare facility enough.
