  Our family had an outstanding experience with Bright Horizons in Franklin over more than five years. The teachers and staff were consistently caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in our son, and the center was an incredibly positive and dependable part of his childhood. Jen and Michelle, in particular, created a warm, welcoming environment and were always thoughtful and supportive of our family. We’re incredibly grateful for the care Finn received over the years and would highly recommend Bright Horizons to other families.

  I can't say enough good things about Bright Horizons at Franklin Industrial Park. The long-term teachers and staff have provided a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for my two children for the past eight years. As a parent, I've always gone to work with peace of mind, knowing that my children were not only in good hands but genuinely happy to be there with their friends. The center places a strong emphasis on socialization, which is wonderful for children in their early development years. I'd highly recommend this center to anyone.

  As a parent of twins who graduated from the Kindergarten Prep program at Bright Horizons Franklin, I look back fondly at the time the boys spent there. I believe the program and staff helped to establish a strong foundation in learning that continues to contribute to their success in school today. Bright Horizons' application of sound educational programming coupled with exceptional professionals is unparalleled. The compassion and patience I witnessed between the teachers and children gave me immense peace of mind. To this day, I refer parents to Bright Horizons in general and the Franklin Center whenever I can.

  I am a former teacher of Bright Horizons. I was a toddler teacher there for Four years under one of the bests EC’s you could ask for! Coleen Beale was an amazing roll model and taught me so many things from teaching and simple life lessons that I will forever carry with me! She is a wonderful person to work for and I would do anything to go back and be part of her team again! She may run a hard ship but her ship never sinks! My toddler team became my family and I am forever greatful for everything I was taught!

  I not only work at this wonderful center but my 5 year old son has attended since he was in the Toddler program. The group of teachers at this particular center are like a family, supporting each other and helping make each other better on a daily basis and it reflects in all the great work done in every classroom. It is clear to see that the children come first and the teachers are dedicated to making this center a place where they can feel safe, loved and do an abundance of learning. As a mother and a teacher I would absolutely recommend the Franklin Bright Horizons to any one looking for childcare!
