We brought our kids here for three years and the majority of the staff are kind, caring, qualified, and professional. We sincerely thank them and they are why this isn’t a one star review. We pulled our kids as I do not think it is anywhere close to worth the money they charge and I am not confident that the leadership at the center or above can turn this back around. I think the center is being pushed to prioritize profit over children as evidenced by high staff turnover and an overall decrease in staff, and more kids in classrooms. Communication from center and regional leadership has been poor, routinely failing to respond and respond appropriately to concerns from parents. After dropping off and picking up from total strangers routinely and hearing stories from other parents, we are confident we made the best decision for our kids.

Our child enjoys going to Kindercare each day. They look forward to the activities and weekly programming. We are constantly impressed by what our child learns and brings home. Kudos to the friendly, patient and responsive staff that make Kindercare a great place to learn everyday.

We have been a KinderCare Canton family for over 3 years and absolutely love it here. The teachers are amazing and the staff is always looking to improve the center wherever possible. We would never choose a different center.

I’ve had my two children in Canton KinderCare from infants through preschool and have had a wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly and really care about the kids. They have a great curriculum so my kids have been exposed to so many new experiences I wouldn’t have been able to give them at home. It was impressive to see how they adapted to the changes that came with Covid. I found them to be reliable and trustworthy. We are unfortunately leaving the center because we are moving out of state, and I didn’t realize how hard it would be to say goodbye! They’ve been a big part of our lives and I’m so appreciative of the care they’ve provided my kids. Highly recommend!
