  We brought our kids here for three years and the majority of the staff are kind, caring, qualified, and professional. We sincerely thank them and they are why this isn’t a one star review. We pulled our kids as I do not think it is anywhere close to worth the money they charge and I am not confident that the leadership at the center or above can turn this back around. I think the center is being pushed to prioritize profit over children as evidenced by high staff turnover and an overall decrease in staff, and more kids in classrooms. Communication from center and regional leadership has been poor, routinely failing to respond and respond appropriately to concerns from parents. After dropping off and picking up from total strangers routinely and hearing stories from other parents, we are confident we made the best decision for our kids.

  We’re so grateful for the incredible teachers and staff at our son Harvest’s school. From the moment he started, we’ve felt nothing but warmth and support. A special thank you to Ms. Julie and especially Ms. Kiki, who shares a beautiful bond with Harvest. He absolutely adores her, and it’s clear how much love and care she puts into her work. She has a gentle, nurturing way with him that brings us so much comfort and joy. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do for the kids—your dedication truly makes a difference in their lives!

  Our family has used this KinderCare location for about a year and a half now, currently with two children attending. The administration and teaching staff have been excellent ever since we started - flexible, good communication, responsive to concerns (which are fairly rare), and classroom staff who are reassuring, thoughtful, and caring. The building appears clean and safe and the app is a great platform for messaging and seeing what the kids are up to each day.

  Update: our son is now in Toddler classroom and Miss Judi and Miss Ginelle are SO WONDERFUL! They are engaging, caring, patient, and our son loves going to school everyday :) The directors, Kaitlyn and Amy, are so amazing as well. Our son gets so excited seeing their faces every morning during dropoff! Still feel very safe even with COVID. We wouldn't put him there unless we felt otherwise. ............................................ Feel really safe about leaving our infant son in their care, and he is our first kid! The staff are always friendly, communicative, flexible, and caring. It is a truly team-driven environment and we know our son loves daycare because of the wonderful team there - he is always smiling and excited when we drop him off! The facility is clean, managed well, and easy to find. The app is so awesome!! It's helpful and easy to use, and is great to check-in on how your child is doing daily. We love getting pictures of our son having fun and know what his nap, diaper, and feeding schedules are. You can send messages too, which is very handy. Only downside is that it's located on a busy road, so sometimes with traffic it gets a bit congested. Not their fault, just something to note if you commute to the city like my husband and I do. Glad to have joined the KinderCare family!

  I toured many daycares and was very anxious about sending my daughter to daycare after being home with her for a year. When I toured Canton Kindercare, I was amazed how present, knowledgeable, caring and nuturing the teachers were. My daughter had been there for over a year now and she loves it there. She’s well cared for, learning and happy. Great teachers, great center!
