As a new mom, choosing the right childcare for my daughter was one of the biggest decisions I’ve had to make, and I am so grateful we found KinderCare.
The teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to support my daughter and her individual needs. They are caring, patient, attentive, and always willing to help in any way they can. Most importantly, my daughter genuinely loves going to school and is so happy in her classroom, which gives me incredible peace of mind.
The communication with parents is also amazing. The frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout the day allow me to see what she is doing, learning, and enjoying while I’m at work. It truly makes me feel like I’m still a part of her day.
The leadership (Maureen and Amanda) are wonderful as well, everyone is welcoming, responsive, and genuinely invested in the children and families. And I have to mention the chef! Knowing my daughter is also getting fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals and snacks is another thing I really appreciate.
KinderCare has given me so much confidence and peace of mind as a new mom. I know my daughter is safe, loved, learning, and having fun every day, and I couldn’t ask for more. I’m incredibly thankful for the entire team! ❤️

Mall road knowledge beginnings has been wonderful! My son started here when he was 2, hes now in public school and my other 2 children both come to school here. All my children are thriving. They provide meals which is a plus especially if you’re in a rush in the morning! They learn so many great things and I love that they have an app where I can see what my children are doing all day! The teachers are wonderful, so patient and I love the updates about their day! The management is so great and are always welcoming! Highly recommend

First child in daycare and the process has been easier than I could have imagined. Teachers are tenured and/or moms themselves with their own kids at the center. Each class/group has main teachers that individually take the time to actually get to know your family and your baby. You receive constant updates throughout the day from teachers about what your baby is doing, eating, when they're sleeping, etc. (+ you get photos with updates.. shoutout Ms. Brianna, Ms. Rona, Ms. Kerri, and Ms. Marissa)! The director (Ms. Maureen) is in constant communication with all parents about updates, curricular programs, frequent center events and activities for families, and more!! More than anything, it feels like an extended village, especially for families without their own family around. Very thankful and lucky to have found this center and all the staff included. Thank you all!

We have had a great experience with Mall Rd Knowledge Beginnings, from the infant room all the way through to "TK" (Transition to Kindergarten). Every teacher we have had has been friendly and nurturing to my children. KB prepared my oldest child extremely well for Kindergarten both socially and academically. The staff and teachers have great communication with parents, letting you know what your child is doing throughout the day, and the director is always easily available to talk.
We had a great experience with our previous KinderCare for a long time, but after some changes there, I decided it was time for a fresh start and to move my son closer to my work. I told him he was “graduating to big kid school,” and I’m so happy we chose Knowledge Beginnings!
From the beginning, Maureen and Amanda have been so welcoming, friendly, and fun. You can tell they genuinely put effort into making the center feel like a community, with activities and events for the kids and their families. The school itself is beautiful (and basically a maze to me because there are SO many classrooms 😂).
The biggest thing for me, though, is how happy my son is there. Almost every time I pick him up, he asks if he can stay longer—which is something he never did at his previous school. As a mom, that is such a good feeling and tells me everything I need to know.
He comes home talking about Ms. Anila, Mr. Z, Ms. Tiff, what he did that day, and all of his different classes and activities. I love hearing him genuinely excited to tell me about his day.
Starting over somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, especially when your child has been somewhere else for a long time, but the transition has been better than I could have hoped for. I’m really happy we made the move and even happier knowing he genuinely loves being there. 💙
