Health Imperatives Sexual and Reproductive Health Services offers non-judgmental free or low-cost services including birth control, pregnancy testing, options counseling, medication and procedure abortion; HIV testing and prevention medications; STI and Hepatitis C testing and treatment; gender affirming hormone therapy; medications for addiction treatment; harm reduction supplies and education. We have 7 locations in South East MA - Brockton, Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, New Bedford, Plymouth, and Wareham. We accept insurance, including MassHealth. If you do not have insurance or choose not to use it, your cost is based on a sliding fee scale. No one will be denied services because of an inability to pay.
