  BrightPath is not a daycare that you should trust your children there as the company is not committed to the well being of children. I was patient in my dealings however I do believe that God allows everything to happen for a reason and that is what I am standing on. and finding comfort in. Communication was very poor and via email, not a phone conversation nor a face to face, my children's spots were given up to another family, I was told. The constant turnover in teachers, the lack of attention by teachers to my child, a teacher gave my son the wrong asthma inhaler, center being closed because there's no teachers, disregard for my child's documented illness ... really just a lot however to have a center give up your child's spot is devastating. It impacted my children greatly, a new transition, loss of friends and connections that were being formed and stability in their school setting. I have contacted everyone in the BrightPath community, and I have yet to receive a response to my email. The immediate option that was offered was to go to the Quincy site. A complete disregard for my children, my work and ability to get them there. I am not sure of the validity of the raving reviews but what I will say is, take the negative ones seriously.

  Our son is a year and a half old and has been attending BrightPath Braintree for just over a year now. We've had a really great experience so far. He's always so excited to get dropped off in the mornings that he runs right into his classroom and doesn't even turn around to say bye to us. We appreciate that all the staff know him by name and make an effort to connect with him, which makes a huge difference for both him and us as parents. We also value the structured curriculum and various activities at BrightPath that keep him engaged throughout the day and provide a solid routine for him. We like that there is an app for our phones where we receive regular updates about him throughout the day, such as pictures of activities he's participating in, a log of his bottle feeds/meals/snacks, and diaper changes. Our son loves playing in the large outdoor play area, especially during the "Water Wednesdays" this summer where he gets to participate in various water-inspired activities. We would definitely recommend BrightPath Braintree to those looking for daycare.

  We could not be happier with our experience at BrightPath Child Care Center. The director Samantha and staff are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about the children and families they serve. From day one, they have always greeted us warmly and taken excellent care of our daughter. What stands out most is that our daughter is never treated like just a number. All of the teachers know her by name, and it's clear they take the time to build meaningful relationships with every child. She truly loves going there each day, which gives us tremendous peace of mind as parents. A special thank you to Miss Lexi and Mr. Tyler. They always greet us with a smile when we drop off or pick up our daughter, and they consistently make us feel welcome. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the children do not go unnoticed. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The staff creates a warm, caring, and supportive environment where children can thrive. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and highly recommend BrightPath to any family looking for quality childcare.

  Our journey at BrightPath began in September 2022, and it has truly been a remarkable experience for our family. From the very start, we've appreciated the nurturing environment and proactive communication with the directors. Whenever we have raised concerns or questions, they have always been quick to address them thoughtfully, ensuring that we feel heard and supported. Throughout our time here, we've had interactions with many different teachers, but I must say that the current team stands out as exceptional. Now that my youngest and last children, Leo and Vincent, are enrolled, I can wholeheartedly express my admiration for the dedication and passion these educators bring to their work. They not only focus on academic learning but also emphasize the importance of social-emotional development, which is crucial for young children during their early school experiences. Leo and Vincent genuinely love going to school each day, and it’s heartwarming to see how much they are thriving. They come home excited to share what they've learned, showcasing the benefits of their time spent at BrightPath. We have complete confidence in the care they receive there and knowing that they will remain with the friends they've made in daycare as they transition to public school is a huge comfort. It’s difficult to find many families who can say that their children have such lasting friendships from early childhood, and for that, we are immensely grateful. The love and support that these teachers provide for my boys have made the transition of leaving them at school much smoother for us as parents. We cannot thank them enough for the positive impact they have on our children's lives.

  My daughter has been attending Bright Paths since she was just 3 months old, and I truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. As a newborn, she had several special needs, and the staff went above and beyond to work with our family and make sure she received the care and support she needed. Their compassion, patience, and dedication made such a difference during that time. The teachers genuinely love what they do, and it shows every single day. Everyone is so welcoming, upbeat, and positive, creating an environment where children truly thrive. They always have fun themed days, engaging activities, and family events that make you feel like you’re part of a community rather than just a daycare. The growth I’ve seen in my daughter has been incredible. Her language skills and motor development have exceeded my expectations, and I know it’s because of the time, attention, and encouragement she receives every day. One of the most amazing things they taught her was sign language, which allowed us to communicate with her long before she could speak. That was an invaluable gift to our family. I can’t thank the Bright Paths team enough for everything they’ve done for our daughter. Knowing she is loved, encouraged, and excited to go every day gives us complete peace of mind. I would recommend Bright Paths to any family without hesitation!
