  I truly cannot say enough positive things about KinderCare at Post Office Square in Acton. Our family has been part of this center for the past three years, with three of my children attending during that time and two who currently still attend. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to experience the center in many different capacities, and I can honestly say that the positive changes taking place under the new administration have been incredible to see. Kanita and Karissa have brought such a warm, welcoming, and positive presence to the center. They are there to greet families at drop-off and pick-up, they are responsive to phone calls and messages, and most importantly, they have taken the time to truly get to know the children and families in their care. They know my children by name, know their individual personalities, likes and dislikes, and show a genuine interest in them. My children are just as happy and excited to see Kanita and Karissa each day as they are to see their classroom teachers — and as a parent, that speaks volumes. There has also been a noticeable investment in both the center and its classrooms. Classrooms have been freshly painted, new and exciting toys and furniture have been purchased, and enrichment programs have been brought back for the children. It is wonderful to see the continued effort being put into creating an engaging, inviting, and exciting environment for them. I have also been incredibly impressed by the additional support being provided to the teaching staff. With the support of a newly appointed Program Specialist, along with the continued involvement and guidance of Kanita and Karissa, the teachers appear confident, supported, and comfortable in their classrooms. There is a noticeable sense of calm throughout the entire center. The classrooms and common areas are clean and organized, the teachers seem happy and confident in their roles, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Most importantly, my children are happy. They are excited to see their educators each day, they feel comfortable with the administration, and I know that the people caring for them truly know and care about them as individuals. As a parent, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your children are spending their days somewhere they feel safe, happy, supported, and genuinely cared for. The dedication and positive changes I have witnessed at KinderCare at Post Office Square have not gone unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for Kanita, Karissa, the teachers, and the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend this center to families looking for a caring, nurturing, and engaging environment for their children. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I would give 4.5 if I could because truly the only negative is the turnover - which is very common in this field. The staff at Acton have always been welcoming, supportive, and loving to my kids. Communication is frequent, though I always feel like there's room for improvement when it comes to back end stuff/administrative. The communication on the app regarding my kids is consistent and appreciative. And the environment is clean, organized, and kid-appropriate.

  This is the daycare you want your child at. My oldest daughter Luna has been going here since she was 15 months, and she has grown and flourished in so many ways imaginable. Her teachers show her so much love & are always there for her. Not only are her social skills amazing, but the relationships she has with every single teacher in the building is amazing, whether she sees them every day or just in the hall. My youngest daughter Marisol started right around 3 months, and i have to say it was definitely tough sending my second baby off to daycare.. but not only have her teachers reassured me she's great with updates and pictures during the day, the atmosphere in the building is so welcoming, caring, loving, and friendly that it made it so much easier to bring her. Now, Miss Nia & Miss Katy are complete Rockstars! They are so attentive to every single child, they are the most welcoming to not only new and current children there; they welcome new families in with open arms as if it was a second family. That's a rarity you don't find elsewhere. They plan the best summer events for their summer program, as well as other individual programs inside the center! Every single morning I drop both of my girls off they walk in smiling (and sometimes screaming with joy)! We have to always stop and talk to Miss Nia in the morning & afternoon... and scope out any loose candy she may have around her desk🤣 This center has a been a huge help for myself and my family, as well as setting my children up for Kindergarten! I couldn't love this center anymore than I do now! Don't hesitate checking it out if you're looking for a childcare center!

  Our toddler loves going to daycare and gets hugs from Miss Mau, Miss Susie and Miss Swati. Besides, we love to follow his activities on the app. He for sure gets plenty of love, attention and distractions everyday.
