Our services include: Adult and Pediatric Primary Care, Behavioral Health, WIC as well as diabetes education classes. As a patient, you’ll have access to our online patient portal which allows you to view your lab results, communicate with doctors and staff and even pay your bill. You can even pay less for your medications through our discount pharmacy program. While most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, patients are never turned away for care due to their inability to pay. A discount sliding fee scale is offered based on a patient’s household size and income.
