She made the entire process feel easy and seamless, taking so much of the stress and worry off my shoulders when I needed it most. Every detail was handled with genuine care, and the thoughtful personal touches made my dad’s service feel truly special and reflective of who he was. Everything was beautiful, and I’m so grateful we chose Greenwood to help us honor him. I can’t thank Sylvia and the team enough for the compassion, thoughtfulness, and care they put into giving my dad such a beautiful farewell. Nothing is more daunting than navigating this world for the first time. While you shift your own complexities of the death of a loved one, you also have to walk on a tightrope to find the place that will care for you and your loved one as you quickly jump through hoops learning the death process. Greenwood replaced the tightrope with a simple walkway, showing us a clear path through the process. We met with Krysten the funeral home director to make arrangements. She helped us navigate the arrangements for my mother.
