Cedar Crest Memory Care

Cedar Crest Memory Care is a community of purpose. A neighborhood designed specifically for those living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory impairments. We support and nourish our residents and their families with our willingness to embrace and respond positively to the changes inherent in memory loss. We pay special attention to the reference and daily rhythms of every individual, so our care is truly person-centered to meet their intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual needs. Each day is an opportunity for our residents to have an amazing experience with the community around them. The key to our Memory Care is uncovering each of our resident’s unique capabilities, and working with them daily to support their best life.
