- JMJennifer MedinaMar 2, 20251.0Paid deposit last year and never got a call. I lost my deposit and when I called they said they had no teachers. They prioritized medical staff before regular people. Be careful of not getting your deposit back , they denied mines.

I love the my bright day app. The teachers log meals, naps and send pictures + videos of the babies engaging in activities. I highly recommend Bright Horizons if you are searching for an excellent childcare center.
- ACAbby ChaneyDec 3, 20205.0My little girl went to Bright Horizons from the time she was one until it was time for kindergarten and I couldn’t have asked for a better facility or staff to take care of her. Being a health care worker at the hospital, it was so comforting knowing she was on campus with me the whole time I was at work and being able to “take her to work with me”. They are so understanding with the crazy hours we might have to work, and really truly feel like a part of our team at the hospital. We miss being there, but she was prepared going into kindergarten socially and academically! Oh and getting the daily pictures of her day on Bright Horizon’s app was the highlight of my day! I miss those updates and she really loved looking back at her day as well and telling me the stories of the pictures with her friends and teachers.

They've made me feel so much better about leaving my little one in their care. The app is really handy, too, and helped curb my anxiety in the first few weeks, since my little girl's my first child. The staff here also really create a bond with the child, which shows how sincere they are. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a daycare.
