  We are so thankful for this daycare! Dena loves going there every day, and that means so much to us as parents. The staff is caring, kind, and creates a safe and happy environment for the children. A very special thank you to Ms. V for being such a wonderful teacher. Dena enjoys her class so much and has learned a lot with her. We truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and all the care she gives to the kids every day. Thank you to everyone at the daycare for making Dena feel happy, comfortable, and excited to learn!

  Newburg KinderCare is what every parent hopes for when they are faced with the decision to enroll their child in day care and we couldn’t be happier here. The entire staff is incredible and my children very clearly love it as well. They are treated with such kindness and intentionality and I’ve never had to worry about their care. There’s essentially no staff turnover either, so huge kudos to them, they’re clearly doing something right internally as well. In addition to the day to day, we were recently faced with a deployment and the support I was given was unmatched. Staff often checked in on me, gave me their personal numbers for additional support outside of daycare, were considerate and flexible with our boys through the transition and they voluntarily put together a welcome home ceremony for my husband to surprise our kids upon his return. They go above and beyond in everything they do and the love/passion for their work is abundantly clear.

  We have two children at Newburg KinderCare and have grown to consider the staff as members of our family. The children receive excellent care and education in a safe environment. One of the most important things to us is many of the staff have been there since we started. Our youngest has all the same teachers that our oldest had. We see familiar faces every day. This tells me KinderCare cares about their staff which shows they care about our kids. Communication through their app and in person is great which has become even more important through Covid. I appreciate all the measures they’ve taken to keep our kids and the staff safe and healthy during this time as well. We couldn’t be happier with our KinderCare family.

  We utilized KinderCare (Newburg Rd) from the time our twins were infants through Pre-K. We were scared first time parents, afraid to leave our babies with anyone else. The staff knew this and not only took outstanding care of our boys but they took care of us as well. Our kiddos have learned so much and been loved so much by all the staff from day one. We highly recommend Newburg KC. The staff is caring and patient. The admins are responsive and receptive. We think they are the best childcare in town!
