  We love it. My son is non verbal autistic so finding quality childcare has been a challenge. When I drop him off he is always smiling. He loves his teacher Ms. Terra. She is amazing. I get pictures all day of my little guy playing and hanging out with his little friends. I get updated about all of his activities. Making payments is a breeze and the director and office staff have always went above and beyond to help make sure I understand everything and all the payments, which is very important to me. The newest director is amazing, I have even seen her in the classroom several times helping out. she is very involved with her staff and kids. I can go about my day and know my little guy is taken care of. His disability does come with challenges but Custer KinderCare staff never leave him out. They always include Aiden and make sure he is involved in the classroom and all the activities going on. All the rooms are very safe, even with his tendency to run they are always ready and take extra protective steps to keep my little guy safe. We have tried other daycares and no wheres I have taken him is as caring, trustworthy and inclusion geared as Custer KinderCare. The fact that they have never made either one of us feel out of place or not welcomed is refreshing. It feels like family here. As long as Aiden has to be in daycare this is the only one I trust him to be enrolled at. Unlike other places there are no hidden fees or extra charges the staff and director explained everything and made sure I understood what I was signing and made sure I was comfortable with everything. There was no pressure during the tour, you could tell they genuinely want your family to be happy and comfortable. They go the extra mile to make sure when you leave your kid there you leave knowing everything is good.

  If I could give 100 stars I would. I pulled my daughter out of another center so she could has Miss Pam as a director. The teachers are so friendly and genuinely love the kiddos. Anytime I go in and peak into the classroom they are sitting on the floor with them, teaching or playing or singing. If they aren’t physically on the floor with them they are holding or cuddling them or playing with them on the equipment. My daughter learns so much each and every day and when I leave her I know she’s safe and loved. Miss Pam truly believes that when the kids are in the center they are her kids, and she is protective of her babies. If Miss Pam ever leaves the center we will follow her, she is far and above the best Center Director any parent could ever ask to leave their child with. Thank you for loving my daughter when I’m not there!

  My children loved the staff and teachers. Every time I picked them up they were having fun. I can tell the staff enjoy teaching children and what they do; the environment reflects that fact. If you can afford it, bring your children here and rest assured your children are being well cared for and well taught. Despite my 5 star review, there is an aspect of KinderCare I did not like. They force you to pay for services you do not use. For example, if you go on vacation you are still expected to pay a "reservation" fee. When I brought up the fact that they are charging people for services not rendered I was told that it's a corporate policy and nothing could be done about it. I do not like people hiding behind corporations and using that as an excuse to treat people poorly. They should only charge for services rendered. I didn't think that was a novel concept in 2018 but there it is. My kids love the place though so I swallowed the pill for their sake, but I wish they would treat people how they surely expect to be treated when they are wearing the consumer shoes.
