  Visited this establishment with the intention of purchasing a monument. The receptionist was not pleasant, seemed bothered that she had to go outside with us to look at headstones, never offered to let us look at a book of offerings or pricing despite the fact that it was laying on her desk right in front of us and we left with no more information or insight than we had when we walked through the doors. We were ready to buy but she obviously wasn't trying to sell anyone a headstone. We went across town to West KY Memorials and were greeted by a very pleasant lady who answered all of our questions, took us outside and showed us different options, showed us pictures from their book and from their website, and wrote down 7 different price breakdowns and options for what we were considering. The following week we returned to West KY Memorials and spent over $5600 with them simply because of the service we received from their staff.
