This will be long but we had the absolute worst experience here. My son was enrolled here for 2 weeks before we decided to unenroll. We enrolled him a week prior and we were told we would be given a code for the door on his first day. EVERYDAY we were asked to pick up early due to staffing. Somedays they were even closed completely due to staffing. after asking over and over and over again we never received a code. I was unable to get into the building because I still did not have a door code. I waited outside for 30 minutes trying to get someone to let me in. There is frequently no one at the front desk, the phone was not being answered despite multiple calls, and at one point my phone number was blocked from calling the center. I also attempted to contact the center through the app and received no response. a staff member had to give me her personal code to be able to even get in the building to pick up my son. The morning staff, in the infant room are wonderful but my experience with afternoon staff is completely different.
my son was six weeks old, and I send 4 bottles with him each day. On multiple occasions, the app has indicated that he was fed bottles in the afternoon that he was not actually fed. For example, the app indicated that he had eaten 4 bottles and that his last feeding was 2oz. When I got home and unpacked his bottles, I discovered that he had only actually eaten three bottles. The bottle that was documented as having been fed during the afternoon was completely full and had never been touched. i have also repeatedly picked up my son with a diaper so full it’s leaking through to the back of his clothing.
if the center was not adequately staffed or equipped to provide the level of care required for the children enrolled, especially infants, that should have been communicated to us before we enrolled him. We enrolled my son A WEEK PRIOR!!! Instead, we enrolled our 6 week old son believing that he would be properly fed, changed, supervised, and cared for throughout the day. I am now being asked to pick him up early because of staffing issues, while also discovering discrepancies between what is documented in the app and what actually happened with his feedings and diaper changes. We paid for the two weeks he was enrolled even though he did not attend 5 days a week. It has been now over a month he hasn’t been enrolled and I get billed $107 from kindercare meanwhile he hasn’t attended nor when he did attend was he cared for at all. The absolute worst experience!!!

My child started at this daycare 4 years ago and it was great but since the old director and her assistant left it has just really gone down and that’s just in the past four months. Kids are treated unfairly by teachers, but the kids who have family members there get special treatment and are allowed to literally beat on the other kids with no consequences. The new directors are never there, the new teachers don’t care about the kids. So many parents have left because of how downhill it has went . If you are a parent and want what is best for your child I highly recommend not putting your kid in this specific kindercare location. We tried so hard to give it the benefit of the doubt but it is just not worth it anymore it some how keeps getting worse.

FTM and was super nervous about sending my 4 month old to daycare while I returned back to work after my maternity leave ended. This place is amazing and made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. The teachers are all great, including the director and assistant director. The rooms are very clean and filled with so many colors and books and toys. It’s very obvious the teachers love every child that comes through their classrooms. My child was extremely well taken care of and thrived. She would still be at this location if we didn’t have to move, but her success here made it an easy choice to transfer to the local kindercare in our new town. 10/10 would recommend.

It always amazes me that every teacher in the facility knows my daughter by name. She learns and has fun every day with the teachers and her friends. Very thankful we picked this facility for her daycare.
