  My child never attended kindercare, I took a tour of the facility to check it out and did paper work to enroll my child. She was set to attend in July of 2025 we cancled because we found other child care options i called and let the center know and they saod im fine and no payments were due. but i started getting bills from kindercare the week my child was supposed to start going i called gain and they said oh were sorry your enrollment never got cancled out we have it cancled now. I continued to get bills i called again and they said they cancled it. I never received any bills after that BUT I just started receiving calls and mail saying I have a bill in collection from kindercare that I never paid. If you guys cant keep track of which children and parents are attending that is concerning. I called today to speak with the facility and was told she couldn't do anything id have to call cooperate 😊

  The pre- k aged class is not good. I’ve noticed when picking my child up several times that The lights are turned off on the children past 3 PM. I’ve noticed children not getting their snacks till 4pm. They’re never outside during the afternoon. I have brought up this issue more times than I can count with the director and nothing has changed. I’m frantically trying to find care for my son before he enters that classroom unless changes in teachers and structure in that room improve. The pre- k class seems to be neglected and the children in there suffer because of it. Hopefully this review can help inspire some much needed change.

  I brought my son to this daycare when he was just 8 weeks old, feeling quite nervous about leaving him in the care of others. Now, at almost 15 months, he is thriving under the guidance of his teachers at Kindercare. We absolutely love all of the teachers, as well as the director and assistant director. It’s clear that they care for our baby as if he were their own. I am so glad we chose Shawnee Kindercare; it has truly been the best decision for our family.

  I can't say enough about the peace of finding these wonderful people, and this excellent daycare. It is heads above the rest. From management, Liz and Kayla, to our beloved infant caretakers. Cheri is an angel, and everyone one who assists in that room are equally as kind, loving and capable. When you don't want to leave your baby, this place will give you peace of mind.   So my son is 2 and this was his first time in daycare and it was very rough for the both of us but 4 days in my son was in love with everyone its been 2 weeks now and he is thriving and everyone is amazing there 💙
