  The ladies in this shop where so incredibly helpful. Their bubbly personalities made my experience well worth the trip. Added bonus they do alterations in house so they are a one stop beautiful dress shop.

  I have loved working with all of the staff here for my wedding dress. They made a minor alteration to the dress even after we had paid balance when I picked up my dress. Their new location is so nice. I would highly recommend coming here !

  I love this store and the ladies who work there. We have bought a couple prom dresses from here for my daughters prom and we have also referred our family to Princess and Penquin. Katie is amazing and has such great style and a great personality.

  Stopped by to have measurements done for my fiance. The store is amazing and gorgeous clothing. Was so glad to have a bridal store in our hometown. I noticed the wedding gowns while we were there and thought maybe I should make my appt to come here and try some on instead of going out of town as planned. That is until I met the sales lady. She took my fiances measurements accurately and we made the purchase. But the lady (thin and dark hair) seriously lacked any type of personal attention to either of us. No smile, no customer service attention. Just here's the picture, here's your measurents, here's the date and done. She made is feel so beneath her. So I will not be spending such an amazing event trying on dresses with this woman who would make my experience dull and very business like. Professional is one thing but dang. The woman behind the counter asked us how our weekend was etc.. she was personable. Now if she had been our sales lady then yes maybe, but looks like I'm still going out of town for mine. I'm so disappointed and wish it had been a different experience. One thing about Salina is word of mouth is huge for a business starting out. Train your staff to make a wedding couples experience be a little more magical. This was suppose to be an exciting day for us today. Instead we left feeling low.
