  I would post a picture of my dress, but my wedding hasn’t happened yet! ❤️ This place was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was so kind, patient, and understanding, and they truly took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and looked exactly how it should. I never felt rushed, and they made the entire experience so enjoyable. Their customer service was exceptional, their prices were very reasonable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10 experience! If you’re looking for a place that will make you feel confident and taken care of, this is it!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Princess & Penguin! The day before my brother’s wedding, my mom’s original mother-of-the-groom dress had been ruined by incorrect alterations from another shop. We walked into Princess & Penguin hoping for a miracle, and that’s exactly what we got. They helped her find a beautiful new dress and even altered it overnight. Everyone was so kind, caring, and understanding, and they made sure she felt beautiful and confident for the wedding. We will always be grateful for everything they did!

  An absolutely PHENOMENAL place to rent a tux, alterations, and such a great variety of dresses. We last minute needed some fixing to our rented tuxes, and without hesitation they helped right away. Their service was so great! I would 100% recommend this place!!!

  This is hands down one of the best places to get hemming and alterations done. I had two pairs of dress slacks that needed to be hemmed in a short amount of time. I called, explained my situation, and they made time for me right away. They got me measured, told me when they would be ready, and followed through exactly as promised. The following week I picked them up, and both pairs were pressed, hemmed perfectly, and fit great. What stood out the most was how friendly and accommodating they were. It’s hard to find businesses that still take pride in their work and truly care about their customers, but they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing alterations or hemming done. They will take great care of you and make sure the job is done right.

  Now they said they weren't gonna stress out my sister I'm her maid of honor and I'm absolutely shocked with how they treated us, they didn't give us 30 mins to try on dresses they let us try some on but then kept saying we don't want to stress you guys out but did the complete opposite and stressed my sister out overall they kept staring at me too because I had a backpack. if you don't want us to be stressed out stop being pushy please. Also I didn't like how you guys said only a few more dresses and we haven't gotten our 30 mins in and if you would like to have more customers I would suggest stop being pushy, and give the people their full-time because we didn't even have our full-time and this was just disgraceful at all and disrespectful. Now the lady at the front counter was phenomenal she helped us with everything and wasn't pushy.
