  I assisted a neighbor who had a stroke and the rehab facility sent him home knowing no one was living with him. Home health was very little help as well. His daughter lives overseas and was 9 months pregnant and has since had a beautiful healthy baby girl. Mary with Carestreet Senior Living Placement Service was EXCEPTIONAL! She went above and beyond to help Steve get placed in a nice facility where he will be cared for. Her communication has been impeccable! I have never had anyone communicate like she did!! Thank you Mary for all your care and concern! She needs a raise!! She was a blessing to me and to Steve. I was very stressed until we were blessed with Mary coming to help!

  Care Street was an absolute godsend during one of the hardest times for our family. They helped me find the perfect memory care community for my dad, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Jamie, especially, was incredible to work with. She responded quickly, always made time for my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. If something fell outside of memory care, she didn’t leave me hanging—she connected me with the right people and offered advise. I’m so grateful for their compassion, knowledge, and support Carestreet had to offer. I highly recommend Carestreet to anyone navigating memory care or senior resources. They made an overwhelming process so much easier

  We found Jamie and CareStreet at a time when we needed her the most. She was patient, listened to what we needed, and didn’t give up until we had found the perfect place for my Dad. I felt like she was a part of our family from the moment we met her. I can’t say enough about Jamie and her team and I highly recommend them to anyone!

  We sought help when we found ourselves needing to move our loved one off the farm to KS. It felt absolutely overwhelming but then we found Jamie from Carestreet! She educated, informed and guided us through the process which relieved SO much pressure. Jamie was particularly great about asking questions that we wouldn't have thought of. The end result was a terrific option for our loved one and we are so very thankful for her!

  We used Carestreet Senior Living Placement Services initially to find my mom an assisted living facility due to her Alzheimer's diagnosis. Jaimie and Mary were amazing to work with - they were so supportive and helpful during the process. We ended up moving her to an independent living facility that meets her needs better right now, and we will definitely reach out to Jaimie again when it is time to move her to the next step. What an amazing organization!
