Our daughter has been enrolled at KinderCare for a few months now and choosing them was one of the best decisions we could’ve made for her. As first time parents, leaving our baby in someone else’s care was emotional and nerve wracking, but the staff welcomed her with open arms from day one. They’ve loved and cared for her as if she was their own child and that means everything to us. Not only do they keep us updated throughout the day, but they’ve also played such a huge role in her development. She’s only 8 months old and we constantly get told how advanced she is for her age. We truly believe the care, attention, learning, and encouragement she receives at KinderCare has helped her grow so much already. Seeing how happy she is when she’s there gives us so much peace of mind. We’re beyond grateful for the teachers and staff and couldn’t ask for a better environment for our baby.

Though we only had the pleasure of enjoying the 2 infant rooms, I can’t say enough good things about the staff and facility at KinderCare. From the moment we toured, Kimberly made us feel welcome. Denise, Brenna, Allee, and Serenity were knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel like family. I really appreciated their transparency and communication. We will miss them dearly!

It is always concerning when places are aggressive about not installing video monitoring now or in the future. I wish I had listened to my gut about those warning signs. My son had a horrible time there. This specifically involved one teacher. (I'm not sure of google's privacy rules so I won't mention their name.) The last straw was when his therapist visited this location and called me to advocate getting him away from their care as soon as possible. The therapist expressed her specific concern about the teach that my son had complained about as well as her doubt that the teacher in question had the desire to improve her ability to provide care. The therapist also expressed concern about how KinderCare teachers were trained. I took vacation time so that we could removed him the next day. Luckily, he's been able to happily transitioned to another care provider where he is learning and interacting with friends and teachers without incident. Yet, months later just driving down any road near KinderCare causes him to bring up the specific teacher and beg to never have to see her again. I had concerns that this was just a bad match between my son and this teacher that escalated beyond reason and have not posted a review as a result. However, I met someone at dinner recently who had a similar story but with a much younger child. This parent said their two year old had such a bad time at KinderCare that they have been traumatized by the word "daycare" which they used to refer to KinderCare. Because of the child's young age and the lack of cameras, the parents are not sure what happened. Like my family has done, they have also successfully transitioned their child to another care provider and they love it there. Unfortunately, their child still gets hysterical when they slip up and describe drop off at the current care provider as occurring at "daycare". I've read the positive reviews of this location and I am happy that people have had better experiences. However, it is important to note that these are not universal and that there have been at least two very negative experiences. I hope to never hear of a third. I would not recommend risking the chance that your child has a similar experience.

This center has been a game changer for my child and myself! My 4 year old is NOT the easiest to handle. He has trouble paying attention, listening, and with change in general; so I am always nervous for him to start a new school. He has been there since June and absolutely loves it! I can't tell you how happy it makes me to know he is happy there. Every single employee from the director to the teachers and aides make him feel secure and liked. They are wonderful and caring ladies. His delayed speech is improving and so is his self-esteem. I honestly can't say enough good things!

I love Kindercare. I feel so welcome there and my son loves his teachers. I definitely will say I feel like they are family and they treat you as if you are a family. I feel safe knowing my son is there. My son has been there for two years and we haven’t had any problems. Highly recommend them.
